選擇多(duo)大(da)(da)電機(ji)混凝土泵,首先要(yao)考慮變(bian)壓(ya)器容量,其次考慮距離混凝土泵的遠近和線徑大(da)(da)小(xiao),以免壓(ya)降(jiang)過(guo)大(da)(da)造成電流(liu)增(zeng)高或跳(tiao)閘停機(ji),過(guo)大(da)(da)功率造成成本增(zeng)加和使用不便。電機(ji)過(guo)小(xiao),同(tong)時(shi)也滿(man)足不了(le)工程(cheng)需要(yao)。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)電機功率是決定(ding)出口壓力和輸(shu)送(song)(song)方(fang)量(liang)的(de)前提條件,在電機功率一定(ding)的(de)情況(kuang)下,壓力的(de)升高必將(jiang)使輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)降低;相反,降低出口壓力,將(jiang)會(hui)使輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)增加(jia)。
為了保(bao)證混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送泵既(ji)要(yao)有較大(da)輸(shu)(shu)送量,又能(neng)有一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和與(yu)之相匹配(pei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率,在混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設計中,大(da)都采用了恒功(gong)(gong)率柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)(gong)率值(zhi)選定后,當出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)升高時,油(you)泵輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)排量會自動降低,達到與(yu)功(gong)(gong)率設計相對應的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)值(zhi);如果既(ji)要(yao)達到出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)高,又想(xiang)得到輸(shu)(shu)送量大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)(gong)率。
因此,在(zai)國家新標準中,引用(yong)了混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)能力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單(dan)位(wei));即混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)實際出口壓(ya)力(li)與每小時實際輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)之乘積,該值越大(da),其能力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)(shu)也(ye)越大(da),電機的(de)功(gong)率(lv)也(ye)將越大(da),由此實現(xian)大(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司在(zai)設計時,還采(cai)用(yong)了高(gao)低壓(ya)切(qie)換的(de)功(gong)能設計,以(yi)滿(man)足(zu)不同(tong)(tong)的(de)施(shi)工要求,在(zai)經濟(ji)狀態下,又能產生(sheng)較大(da)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang),或者以(yi)相同(tong)(tong)的(de)電機功(gong)率(lv),產生(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)。
