選擇多大電機(ji)混(hun)凝土泵(beng),首先(xian)要(yao)考慮變壓器容量,其次考慮距離混(hun)凝土泵(beng)的遠近和(he)線徑大小(xiao),以免(mian)壓降過大造成電流增(zeng)高或跳閘停機(ji),過大功率(lv)造成成本增(zeng)加和(he)使用不便(bian)。電機(ji)過小(xiao),同時也(ye)滿足不了工程需要(yao)。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)電機功率是決定(ding)出口壓力和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)方(fang)量的(de)前(qian)提條件,在(zai)電機功率一定(ding)的(de)情況下(xia),壓力的(de)升高必(bi)將使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量降低;相反,降低出口壓力,將會使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了(le)(le)保證混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵既要有(you)較大(da)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),又能(neng)有(you)一定的(de)出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力和與之相匹配(pei)的(de)經濟(ji)功率(lv),在混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)設計(ji)中,大(da)都采(cai)用了(le)(le)恒功率(lv)柱塞(sai)泵;即(ji)恒功率(lv)值(zhi)選(xuan)定后,當出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力升高時,油泵輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)排量(liang)會自(zi)動降(jiang)低,達到(dao)與功率(lv)設計(ji)相對應的(de)值(zhi);如果既要達到(dao)出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力高,又想得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟一的(de)途徑就是增(zeng)加電機功率(lv)。
因(yin)此(ci),在國家新標(biao)準中,引用(yong)了(le)混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力指(zhi)數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)實際(ji)出(chu)口壓力與每小(xiao)時(shi)實際(ji)輸送(song)量(liang)之(zhi)乘積,該值越大(da),其能(neng)(neng)力指(zhi)數也(ye)越大(da),電機的(de)(de)功(gong)率也(ye)將(jiang)越大(da),由此(ci)實現大(da)排(pai)量(liang)、高揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科(ke)尼(ni)樂公司在設計時(shi),還采(cai)用(yong)了(le)高低壓切換的(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足不同的(de)(de)施工(gong)要求,在經濟狀態下,又(you)能(neng)(neng)產(chan)生較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)輸送(song)量(liang),或者以(yi)相(xiang)同的(de)(de)電機功(gong)率,產(chan)生較(jiao)高的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓力。
