隨著(zhu)現代工(gong)(gong)業的(de)興(xing)起(qi),以混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)為主材料的(de)建設(she)方式已(yi)經成為了建筑業施工(gong)(gong)的(de)主要構(gou)造之一,在各種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)建設(she)中占(zhan)據了很大(da)的(de)比例,使得混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)機(ji)械的(de)發(fa)展經久(jiu)不(bu)衰,且有(you)越演越烈的(de)形(xing)勢。拖式混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)泵,簡稱拖泵,是各種(zhong)混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)機(ji)械中的(de)一種(zhong),用(yong)于混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)施工(gong)(gong)中的(de)輸送(song)和澆注工(gong)(gong)作。

選擇多大(da)電機(ji)混(hun)凝土泵,首先要考(kao)慮(lv)變(bian)壓器容量,其次考(kao)慮(lv)距離混(hun)凝土泵的遠近和線徑大(da)小,以(yi)免壓降(jiang)過大(da)造成電流增(zeng)高或跳閘停機(ji),過大(da)功率造成成本增(zeng)加和使用不便(bian)。電機(ji)過小,同時也滿足不了工程需要。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的電機(ji)功率是決定(ding)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力和(he)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)方量(liang)(liang)的前提條件(jian),在(zai)電機(ji)功率一定(ding)的情況下,壓(ya)力的升高必將使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)降低;相反,降低出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力,將會使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)增加。
為了(le)保證(zheng)混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵既要有(you)較大(da)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量,又(you)能有(you)一(yi)定的出口(kou)壓力(li)和(he)與(yu)之相(xiang)匹配(pei)的經濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv),在混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的設(she)計中(zhong),大(da)都采(cai)用了(le)恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)值選定后,當出口(kou)壓力(li)升(sheng)高時(shi),油(you)泵輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出排量會自動降低(di),達到(dao)與(yu)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)設(she)計相(xiang)對應(ying)的值;如(ru)果既要達到(dao)出口(kou)壓力(li)高,又(you)想得到(dao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量大(da)的目的。惟一(yi)的途徑就是增加電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
因此,在國家新(xin)標準中,引用了混凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵的(de)能(neng)力指(zhi)數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單(dan)位(wei));即混凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵的(de)實際(ji)出口壓力與每小時(shi)實際(ji)輸送(song)量之(zhi)乘積(ji),該值越大,其能(neng)力指(zhi)數(shu)也(ye)越大,電機(ji)的(de)功率也(ye)將越大,由此實現大排量、高(gao)(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂公司在設計時(shi),還采(cai)用了高(gao)(gao)低壓切(qie)換的(de)功能(neng)設計,以(yi)滿(man)足不同(tong)的(de)施工要求,在經濟狀(zhuang)態下,又能(neng)產生較大的(de)輸送(song)量,或者以(yi)相同(tong)的(de)電機(ji)功率,產生較高(gao)(gao)的(de)出口壓力。
