隨著現代工(gong)(gong)(gong)業的(de)(de)興起(qi),以(yi)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)為(wei)主材料(liao)的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)設方式已(yi)經成為(wei)了建(jian)(jian)筑業施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)主要構造(zao)之一,在各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)設中占(zhan)據了很大(da)的(de)(de)比(bi)例,使(shi)得混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)機械的(de)(de)發展經久(jiu)不衰,且有越(yue)演越(yue)烈(lie)的(de)(de)形(xing)勢。拖(tuo)式混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)泵,簡稱拖(tuo)泵,是各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)機械中的(de)(de)一種(zhong)(zhong),用于混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中的(de)(de)輸送和(he)澆(jiao)注(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。

選擇多(duo)大電(dian)機混凝(ning)土泵,首先要考慮變壓器容量,其次考慮距離混凝(ning)土泵的遠近和線徑(jing)大小,以免壓降過大造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)電(dian)流增(zeng)高或跳(tiao)閘停機,過大功(gong)率造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本增(zeng)加和使用不便。電(dian)機過小,同時也滿足不了工(gong)程需要。
混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)功率、混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)出口(kou)壓力、混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)輸(shu)送量(liang)之間的關系
一臺混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)電機功(gong)率是(shi)決定(ding)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)和(he)輸(shu)送方(fang)量(liang)的(de)前提條件,在電機功(gong)率一定(ding)的(de)情況下,壓(ya)力(li)的(de)升高(gao)必將使輸(shu)送量(liang)降(jiang)低(di);相(xiang)反,降(jiang)低(di)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li),將會使輸(shu)送量(liang)增加。
為了保證混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵既要(yao)有較大輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),又(you)(you)能有一(yi)定的出口壓力和與之相(xiang)(xiang)匹配的經濟(ji)功(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的設(she)計中(zhong),大都采用了恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵;即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)值選(xuan)定后,當出口壓力升高(gao)時,油泵輸(shu)出排量(liang)會自動降低,達(da)到(dao)(dao)與功(gong)(gong)率(lv)設(she)計相(xiang)(xiang)對應的值;如果既要(yao)達(da)到(dao)(dao)出口壓力高(gao),又(you)(you)想得(de)到(dao)(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)大的目(mu)的。惟一(yi)的途徑就是增加電機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在國家新標準中(zhong),引用了混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)(li)指數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單(dan)位);即混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)實際出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)與每小時(shi)實際輸(shu)送量(liang)之乘積,該值越大,其(qi)能(neng)力(li)(li)指數也(ye)越大,電(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)率也(ye)將越大,由此實現(xian)大排(pai)量(liang)、高揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司在設(she)計(ji)時(shi),還采(cai)用了高低壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)設(she)計(ji),以(yi)滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)施工要求(qiu),在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產(chan)生(sheng)較大的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送量(liang),或(huo)者以(yi)相同的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率,產(chan)生(sheng)較高的(de)(de)(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)。
