隨著現代工(gong)(gong)(gong)業的(de)興起,以混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)為主(zhu)材料的(de)建(jian)(jian)設(she)方(fang)式已經(jing)成(cheng)為了(le)(le)建(jian)(jian)筑業施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)主(zhu)要構造之一(yi),在各(ge)種工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)設(she)中(zhong)(zhong)占據了(le)(le)很大(da)的(de)比(bi)例,使得混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)機械的(de)發展經(jing)久不衰,且有(you)越(yue)演越(yue)烈的(de)形勢。拖(tuo)(tuo)式混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)泵,簡稱拖(tuo)(tuo)泵,是各(ge)種混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)機械中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)一(yi)種,用于混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)輸送和澆注工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。
拖泵分類選型

選(xuan)擇多大電機(ji)混凝土泵,首先(xian)要考慮變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器容(rong)量,其次(ci)考慮距(ju)離混凝土泵的遠近和線徑大小,以免壓(ya)(ya)降過大造成(cheng)電流增高或(huo)跳閘停機(ji),過大功率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本(ben)增加(jia)和使用不便。電機(ji)過小,同時也(ye)滿足(zu)不了工程需要。
混(hun)凝土輸送泵功率、混(hun)凝土輸送泵出(chu)口壓力、混(hun)凝土輸送泵輸送量之間的關系
一臺混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)的電(dian)機功率(lv)是決定出口(kou)壓力(li)和輸送(song)方量(liang)(liang)的前提條件,在電(dian)機功率(lv)一定的情況下,壓力(li)的升高(gao)必將使輸送(song)量(liang)(liang)降低(di)(di);相反,降低(di)(di)出口(kou)壓力(li),將會(hui)使輸送(song)量(liang)(liang)增加。
為了保證(zheng)混凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)既(ji)要有較大(da)輸(shu)送量(liang),又能(neng)有一定的出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和與(yu)之相(xiang)匹配(pei)的經濟功(gong)率,在(zai)混凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)的設計(ji)中,大(da)都采用(yong)了恒(heng)功(gong)率柱塞(sai)泵(beng);即(ji)恒(heng)功(gong)率值選(xuan)定后,當出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)升高時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)出(chu)排(pai)量(liang)會自動(dong)降(jiang)低,達(da)到(dao)與(yu)功(gong)率設計(ji)相(xiang)對應(ying)的值;如(ru)果既(ji)要達(da)到(dao)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)高,又想得到(dao)輸(shu)送量(liang)大(da)的目的。惟一的途徑(jing)就(jiu)是增(zeng)加電機功(gong)率。
因此,在(zai)國(guo)家新標準中,引用了混凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)能力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量單位);即混凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)實際(ji)出口壓力(li)與每小時實際(ji)輸送(song)量之乘積,該(gai)值越大,其(qi)能力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)也越大,電機的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率也將(jiang)越大,由此實現大排量、高揚程的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。科尼(ni)樂公司在(zai)設計(ji)時,還采用了高低壓切換的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能設計(ji),以滿(man)足不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)施工(gong)要求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又能產(chan)生較大的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸送(song)量,或者以相同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電機功(gong)率,產(chan)生較高的(de)(de)(de)(de)出口壓力(li)。
