隨著現代(dai)工(gong)(gong)業的興起,以混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土為主材料(liao)的建設方(fang)式已經成為了建筑業施工(gong)(gong)的主要(yao)構造(zao)之一,在各種工(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)建設中(zhong)占據(ju)了很大的比例,使得混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土機械的發展經久不衰,且有(you)越(yue)演越(yue)烈的形勢。拖(tuo)式混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土泵,簡稱拖(tuo)泵,是各種混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土機械中(zhong)的一種,用(yong)于混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土施工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)的輸送和(he)澆注工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。
技術參數
通常,一臺混(hun)凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)(beng)有以下幾個主(zhu)要技(ji)術參數(shu):輸送(song)排量、出(chu)口壓(ya)力、功(gong)率和分配閥形(xing)式。按照國家新標準,這(zhe)幾個主(zhu)要參數(shu)從(cong)混(hun)凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的型號上(shang)都可獲知。
1、閘板(ban)閥拖泵型號參數含義:
a、例如HBT30-45ZⅢ型,HBT─代(dai)表(biao)拖式混(hun)凝土泵;30─代(dai)表(biao)每(mei)小時理論方量為30立方;45─代(dai)表(biao)電機功率為45千(qian)瓦(wa);Z─代(dai)表(biao)閘板(ban)閥泵; Ⅲ型─代(dai)表(biao)第三代(dai)產品.
b、例如HBT70CⅢ型和(he)HBT60DⅢ型,D─代表(biao)(biao)電泵;C─代表(biao)(biao)柴油泵.
2、S閥拖泵型號參數含義(yi):
例(li)如HBT80.13-130RS ,HBT─代表(biao)拖(tuo)式混凝(ning)土泵(beng);80─代表(biao)每小時(shi)理論方(fang)量為(wei)(wei)80立方(fang);13─代表(biao)出口壓(ya)力為(wei)(wei)13兆帕;130─代表(biao)柴(chai)油(you)機的功率(lv)為(wei)(wei)130千瓦(wa); R─代表(biao)柴(chai)油(you)動力; S─代表(biao)S閥泵(beng).
3、蝶閥(fa)拖泵(beng)型號含(han)義:
其實國(guo)際(ji)國(guo)內并(bing)沒有一個統一的標準(zhun),每個廠家都有自己(ji)的命(ming)名(ming)方式(shi)。

選擇多大電機混凝(ning)土泵(beng),首(shou)先要考(kao)慮變壓器(qi)容量,其次(ci)考(kao)慮距離混凝(ning)土泵(beng)的遠近和線徑大小,以免壓降過(guo)大造(zao)(zao)成電流增高或跳閘停機,過(guo)大功率造(zao)(zao)成成本增加(jia)和使(shi)用(yong)不便。電機過(guo)小,同時也滿(man)足不了工程需要。

一臺(tai)混凝土輸送(song)(song)(song)泵的(de)電機功率是(shi)決定(ding)出口壓(ya)力(li)和(he)輸送(song)(song)(song)方量的(de)前提條(tiao)件,在(zai)電機功率一定(ding)的(de)情況(kuang)下(xia),壓(ya)力(li)的(de)升高必(bi)將使(shi)輸送(song)(song)(song)量降低;相(xiang)反,降低出口壓(ya)力(li),將會(hui)使(shi)輸送(song)(song)(song)量增加。
為了保證(zheng)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵既要有(you)較(jiao)大(da)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量,又能有(you)一定的(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口壓力和(he)與(yu)之相匹配(pei)的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率,在(zai)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)設(she)計(ji)中,大(da)都采用了恒功(gong)(gong)率柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)(gong)率值選(xuan)定后,當出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口壓力升高(gao)時,油(you)泵輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)排量會自動(dong)降(jiang)低(di),達到與(yu)功(gong)(gong)率設(she)計(ji)相對應的(de)(de)值;如果既要達到出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口壓力高(gao),又想(xiang)得到輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量大(da)的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)(de)途徑就是增加(jia)電機功(gong)(gong)率。
因此,在(zai)國家新標準中,引用了混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)輸送泵的(de)能力指(zhi)數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量單(dan)位);即混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)輸送泵的(de)實際出口壓(ya)(ya)力與每小時實際輸送量之乘(cheng)積,該值越(yue)(yue)大(da),其能力指(zhi)數也(ye)越(yue)(yue)大(da),電機(ji)(ji)的(de)功率也(ye)將越(yue)(yue)大(da),由此實現大(da)排量、高揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂(le)公司在(zai)設計時,還采(cai)用了高低壓(ya)(ya)切換的(de)功能設計,以滿足(zu)不同的(de)施工(gong)要求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又能產生較大(da)的(de)輸送量,或者以相同的(de)電機(ji)(ji)功率,產生較高的(de)出口壓(ya)(ya)力。
