隨著現代工(gong)(gong)業的(de)興(xing)起,以混(hun)凝(ning)土為主材料(liao)的(de)建設方式已(yi)經成(cheng)為了建筑業施工(gong)(gong)的(de)主要構(gou)造之一(yi),在各(ge)種工(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)建設中占(zhan)據(ju)了很大的(de)比例,使(shi)得混(hun)凝(ning)土機械的(de)發展經久不(bu)衰,且(qie)有(you)越演越烈的(de)形勢。拖(tuo)式混(hun)凝(ning)土泵(beng),簡(jian)稱(cheng)拖(tuo)泵(beng),是各(ge)種混(hun)凝(ning)土機械中的(de)一(yi)種,用(yong)于混(hun)凝(ning)土施工(gong)(gong)中的(de)輸(shu)送和(he)澆注工(gong)(gong)作。

選擇(ze)多大電機(ji)混凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng),首(shou)先要(yao)(yao)考(kao)慮變壓(ya)器容量,其次考(kao)慮距離混凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng)的遠近和(he)線(xian)徑大小,以免壓(ya)降過大造成電流增(zeng)(zeng)高或跳閘停機(ji),過大功(gong)率造成成本(ben)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)和(he)使(shi)用不便。電機(ji)過小,同時也滿足不了工程(cheng)需要(yao)(yao)。

一(yi)臺混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵的(de)電機功(gong)率是決定出(chu)口壓力和輸送(song)方(fang)量的(de)前提條件,在電機功(gong)率一(yi)定的(de)情況下(xia),壓力的(de)升高必將(jiang)使(shi)輸送(song)量降(jiang)低;相反(fan),降(jiang)低出(chu)口壓力,將(jiang)會使(shi)輸送(song)量增加。
為了(le)保(bao)證混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既要(yao)有較大輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang),又能有一定的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓力(li)和與(yu)之相(xiang)匹配的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率,在混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)設計(ji)中,大都采用(yong)了(le)恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率柱塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率值選定后,當(dang)出(chu)口壓力(li)升高時(shi),油泵(beng)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)排量(liang)會自(zi)動降低,達到與(yu)功(gong)(gong)率設計(ji)相(xiang)對應(ying)的(de)(de)值;如果(guo)既要(yao)達到出(chu)口壓力(li)高,又想得到輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)大的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)途(tu)徑(jing)就是增加電機功(gong)(gong)率。
因此,在國家新標準中(zhong),引用了混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)能力(li)指數(shu)(shu)概念(以(yi)(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量單位(wei));即混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)實際出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)與(yu)每小時實際輸(shu)送(song)量之乘積,該(gai)值越(yue)大,其能力(li)指數(shu)(shu)也(ye)越(yue)大,電機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率也(ye)將越(yue)大,由此實現大排(pai)量、高揚程的(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在設計時,還采用了高低壓(ya)(ya)切換的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能設計,以(yi)(yi)滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工要求,在經(jing)濟狀(zhuang)態下,又能產生(sheng)較(jiao)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量,或者以(yi)(yi)相同的(de)(de)(de)(de)電機(ji)功(gong)率,產生(sheng)較(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)(de)出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)。
