高壓鼓風機高壓雙段鼓風機注意事項(xiang):
(1)風機在使(shi)用中會可(ke)能(neng)會產(chan)生高溫,應避免碰觸外殼(ke),防(fang)止(zhi)燙傷。
(2)應定期清理風機(ji)內部及(ji)外部,除(chu)去表面灰塵(chen)。若(ruo)大量累積灰塵(chen),散熱效果將變(bian)差,可(ke)能造成溫度上(shang)升,風量減少,振動增加,引(yin)發故(gu)障。
(3)馬(ma)達負載(zai)電流(liu)會(hui)隨風(feng)機(ji)之使用(yong)空氣壓力變化(hua)而變化(hua)。配線時應裝置適用(yong)該機(ji)種之過負載(zai)保護開關,并(bing)在額(e)定滿(man)載(zai)電流(liu)下使用(yong),以避免馬(ma)達燒毀。
(4)硬質物體、塵袋(dai)粉(fen)粒體、纖(xian)維及(ji)水滴應(ying)在風機進入風機前(qian)除(chu)去(qu),可用集塵袋(dai)方式(shi)處理(li),若在管道中安裝過(guo)濾(lv)器,為避免降壓損失,請使用大面(mian)積過(guo)濾(lv)器,并定時清(qing)理(li)過(guo)濾(lv)器中之(zhi)污染物。
(5)風機連續(xu)運(yun)(yun)轉(zhuan)的適用(yong)(yong)(yong)范(fan)圍(wei)(wei)請參考目錄上之(zhi)風量——靜壓(ya)曲線(xian)圖,并在(zai)(zai)曲線(xian)范(fan)圍(wei)(wei)內使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong),切勿超過(guo)適用(yong)(yong)(yong)范(fan)圍(wei)(wei)。若(ruo)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)時接近封(feng)閉(bi)壓(ya)力,則在(zai)(zai)管路(lu)中設置(zhi)壓(ya)力釋(shi)放(fang)閥,當使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)管路(lu)關(guan)閉(bi)時,壓(ya)力釋(shi)放(fang)閥會自動打開,調(diao)節空氣(qi)(qi)進(jin)出,以確保風機之(zhi)壽命(ming),若(ruo)在(zai)(zai)管路(lu)封(feng)閉(bi)下運(yun)(yun)轉(zhuan),風機的溫度會急(ji)劇上升,此時應(ying)避免(mian)持續(xu)運(yun)(yun)轉(zhuan),否則可能會發生變形或(huo)損壞。當使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的空氣(qi)(qi)若(ruo)為間歇(xie)性運(yun)(yun)轉(zhuan)時,使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)空氣(qi)(qi)閥切換方式運(yun)(yun)作。
高(gao)壓雙段風(feng)機其風(feng)壓產生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)原理:使用時(shi),當葉(xie)輪(lun)(lun)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)時(shi),由于離(li)心力(li)的(de)(de)(de)作用,風(feng)向標促(cu)使氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)向前向外運動(dong)(dong),從而形(xing)成一系(xi)列(lie)螺旋(xuan)(xuan)狀(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)運動(dong)(dong),葉(xie)輪(lun)(lun)刀(dao)片(pian)之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)呈螺旋(xuan)(xuan)狀(zhuang)加速旋(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)并將泵體(ti)(ti)(ti)之(zhi)外的(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)擠入(ru)(有(you)吸氣(qi)(qi)(qi)口(kou)吸入(ru))側槽,當它進(jin)入(ru)側風(feng)道(dao)以后,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)被(bei)壓縮然后有(you)回(hui)復到葉(xie)輪(lun)(lun)刀(dao)片(pian)間再(zai)次(ci)加速旋(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)。當空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)沿著(zhu)一條螺旋(xuan)(xuan)形(xing)軌道(dao)穿過葉(xie)輪(lun)(lun)和(he)側槽時(shi),每個葉(xie)輪(lun)(lun)片(pian)增(zeng)(zeng)加了壓縮和(he)加速的(de)(de)(de)程度,隨著(zhu)旋(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)的(de)(de)(de)進(jin)行,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)能增(zeng)(zeng)加,使得沿測通(tong)道(dao)通(tong)過的(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)壓力(li)進(jin)一步增(zeng)(zeng)加。當空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)到達側槽與排放法蘭的(de)(de)(de)連接(jie)點(測通(tong)道(dao)在出(chu)口(kou)處變窄)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)即被(bei)擠出(chu)葉(xie)片(pian)并通(tong)過出(chu)口(kou)排除泵體(ti)(ti)(ti)。
