選擇多(duo)大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機混(hun)凝土泵,首先要考慮變壓器容量,其次考慮距離混(hun)凝土泵的遠近(jin)和(he)線徑大(da)小(xiao),以免壓降過大(da)造成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)增(zeng)高(gao)或(huo)跳(tiao)閘(zha)停機,過大(da)功率(lv)造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增(zeng)加和(he)使(shi)用不便(bian)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)機過小(xiao),同時也滿足不了工程需(xu)要。

一臺混(hun)凝土(tu)輸送泵的(de)電機功率是決定出(chu)口壓力(li)和(he)輸送方量的(de)前提(ti)條件(jian),在電機功率一定的(de)情況(kuang)下,壓力(li)的(de)升高必將使輸送量降低;相反,降低出(chu)口壓力(li),將會使輸送量增加。
為了保(bao)證混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)既要(yao)有較大輸(shu)送量(liang),又能有一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓力(li)和與(yu)之相匹配的(de)(de)經(jing)濟功率,在混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)(de)設(she)(she)計中,大都采用了恒(heng)功率柱(zhu)塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功率值選(xuan)定(ding)后,當出(chu)口壓力(li)升高(gao)時,油(you)泵(beng)輸(shu)出(chu)排量(liang)會自(zi)動降低(di),達到與(yu)功率設(she)(she)計相對應(ying)的(de)(de)值;如果既要(yao)達到出(chu)口壓力(li)高(gao),又想得到輸(shu)送量(liang)大的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)(de)途徑就(jiu)是(shi)增加電機功率。
因此,在(zai)國家新標準中(zhong),引用(yong)了混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)指數(shu)概(gai)念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)際出(chu)口壓力(li)與每小時(shi)實(shi)(shi)際輸送(song)量(liang)之乘積,該值越大(da),其能(neng)力(li)指數(shu)也越大(da),電(dian)機的(de)(de)功率也將越大(da),由此實(shi)(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)(gao)揚(yang)程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂(le)公司在(zai)設(she)計(ji)時(shi),還采用(yong)了高(gao)(gao)低壓切換(huan)的(de)(de)功能(neng)設(she)計(ji),以滿足不同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)經濟狀(zhuang)態(tai)下,又能(neng)產(chan)生(sheng)較大(da)的(de)(de)輸送(song)量(liang),或者以相同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)電(dian)機功率,產(chan)生(sheng)較高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓力(li)。
