隨著現代工(gong)(gong)業(ye)的(de)興起,以混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)為主(zhu)材料的(de)建(jian)設方式(shi)已經(jing)成為了(le)建(jian)筑業(ye)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)主(zhu)要構造之一,在各種工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)設中(zhong)占據了(le)很(hen)大的(de)比例(li),使得混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)機(ji)械的(de)發展經(jing)久不(bu)衰(shuai),且有越演越烈的(de)形勢。拖式(shi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng),簡稱(cheng)拖泵(beng),是各種混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)機(ji)械中(zhong)的(de)一種,用于混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)的(de)輸送和澆注工(gong)(gong)作。
拖泵分類選型

選(xuan)擇多大電機混凝(ning)土泵,首(shou)先(xian)要(yao)考慮變壓器容量,其次考慮距離混凝(ning)土泵的遠近(jin)和(he)線徑大小,以免壓降過(guo)大造成(cheng)(cheng)電流增高或(huo)跳閘停機,過(guo)大功(gong)率造成(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)本增加和(he)使用不便。電機過(guo)小,同(tong)時也滿足不了工程(cheng)需要(yao)。

一(yi)臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的電機功率是決定(ding)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)方量的前(qian)提條件,在(zai)電機功率一(yi)定(ding)的情(qing)況下,壓(ya)力(li)的升高必將(jiang)使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量降低;相反,降低出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li),將(jiang)會(hui)使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了(le)保證(zheng)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既要有較大(da)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang),又能有一定(ding)的出口壓(ya)(ya)力和與之相匹配(pei)的經濟(ji)功(gong)率,在混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的設計中,大(da)都采用了(le)恒功(gong)率柱塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)率值(zhi)選定(ding)后,當(dang)出口壓(ya)(ya)力升高時,油(you)泵(beng)輸(shu)(shu)出排(pai)量(liang)(liang)會自(zi)動降低(di),達(da)(da)到與功(gong)率設計相對應的值(zhi);如果(guo)既要達(da)(da)到出口壓(ya)(ya)力高,又想得(de)到輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)大(da)的目的。惟一的途徑就是增(zeng)加電機功(gong)率。
因此,在(zai)國家新標準中(zhong),引(yin)用了混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)(li)指(zhi)數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度(du)量(liang)單位);即(ji)混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)實際出(chu)口壓力(li)(li)與(yu)每小時實際輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)之乘積,該值越大(da),其能(neng)力(li)(li)指(zhi)數也越大(da),電(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)功率也將(jiang)越大(da),由此實現(xian)大(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計(ji)時,還(huan)采用了高(gao)低壓切換的(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)設計(ji),以(yi)滿足不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工要求(qiu),在(zai)經(jing)濟(ji)狀態下,又能(neng)產生較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),或者(zhe)以(yi)相同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)機(ji)功率,產生較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口壓力(li)(li)。
