選擇多大(da)(da)電(dian)機(ji)混(hun)凝土(tu)泵,首先(xian)要(yao)考慮(lv)變壓器容量,其次考慮(lv)距離混(hun)凝土(tu)泵的遠(yuan)近和線徑大(da)(da)小,以免壓降過(guo)大(da)(da)造成電(dian)流增高或跳閘停機(ji),過(guo)大(da)(da)功率造成成本增加和使用(yong)不便。電(dian)機(ji)過(guo)小,同時(shi)也滿足不了工程需要(yao)。

一(yi)(yi)臺(tai)混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的電(dian)機功率(lv)(lv)是決(jue)定出口壓(ya)力和輸(shu)送(song)方量的前提條件,在電(dian)機功率(lv)(lv)一(yi)(yi)定的情況下,壓(ya)力的升高必將使輸(shu)送(song)量降低(di);相反,降低(di)出口壓(ya)力,將會使輸(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了保證(zheng)混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵既要有較大輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang),又(you)能(neng)有一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)和與之相匹(pi)配的(de)(de)(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv),在混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)設(she)計中,大都采用(yong)了恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵;即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選定后,當出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)升(sheng)高時,油泵輸(shu)(shu)出排(pai)量(liang)(liang)會自動降低,達(da)(da)到與功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)設(she)計相對應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)值(zhi);如果(guo)既要達(da)(da)到出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)高,又(you)想(xiang)得到輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)大的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)途徑就(jiu)是增加電(dian)機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)。
因此,在國家新標(biao)準(zhun)中(zhong),引用了混(hun)(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)(de)能力指(zhi)數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單(dan)位);即(ji)混(hun)(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)(de)實(shi)際出口壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力與每小時(shi)實(shi)際輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang)之乘(cheng)積,該值越(yue)大(da),其能力指(zhi)數也越(yue)大(da),電(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)功率也將越(yue)大(da),由(you)此實(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高揚(yang)程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司(si)在設計時(shi),還采用了高低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)切換的(de)(de)功能設計,以(yi)滿足不同的(de)(de)施工要(yao)求,在經濟狀態下,又(you)能產生較大(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang),或(huo)者以(yi)相同的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)機功率,產生較高的(de)(de)出口壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力。
