隨著現代工業(ye)的興起,以混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)為主材料的建設方式已(yi)經成為了(le)建筑業(ye)施(shi)工的主要構造之一,在各種工程施(shi)工建設中占據(ju)了(le)很(hen)大的比例,使(shi)得混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)機械的發展(zhan)經久不衰,且有越演越烈的形勢。拖式混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)泵(beng),簡稱拖泵(beng),是各種混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)機械中的一種,用(yong)于混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)施(shi)工中的輸送和(he)澆注工作。

選擇多(duo)大電(dian)機混(hun)凝(ning)土泵,首先要(yao)考慮(lv)變壓器容量,其(qi)次(ci)考慮(lv)距(ju)離混(hun)凝(ning)土泵的遠近和線徑(jing)大小,以免壓降過大造成電(dian)流(liu)增高或跳(tiao)閘停機,過大功率造成成本增加和使用不便(bian)。電(dian)機過小,同時也滿(man)足不了工(gong)程需要(yao)。

一臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)是決定出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力和輸(shu)送(song)方量的前提(ti)條件(jian),在電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)一定的情(qing)況下,壓(ya)力的升(sheng)高必將使輸(shu)送(song)量降低;相反,降低出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力,將會使輸(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了(le)保證混凝土輸(shu)送泵既要(yao)有較大輸(shu)送量,又能有一定的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和與(yu)之相匹配的(de)(de)經(jing)濟功(gong)(gong)率,在混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)設計中,大都(dou)采用了(le)恒功(gong)(gong)率柱(zhu)塞泵;即恒功(gong)(gong)率值選(xuan)定后(hou),當出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)升高(gao)時,油泵輸(shu)出(chu)排量會自動(dong)降低,達到(dao)(dao)與(yu)功(gong)(gong)率設計相對應的(de)(de)值;如果既要(yao)達到(dao)(dao)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)高(gao),又想得(de)到(dao)(dao)輸(shu)送量大的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)(gong)率。
因此(ci),在(zai)國家新標準中,引用了混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)(liang)單位);即混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)實(shi)際出口(kou)壓力(li)與每小時實(shi)際輸送(song)量(liang)(liang)之(zhi)乘(cheng)積,該值越大,其(qi)能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數也(ye)越大,電機的(de)功率也(ye)將越大,由此(ci)實(shi)現大排量(liang)(liang)、高(gao)揚程(cheng)的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司在(zai)設計(ji)時,還采用了高(gao)低壓切換的(de)功能(neng)設計(ji),以(yi)滿足不同的(de)施工要(yao)求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生(sheng)較大的(de)輸送(song)量(liang)(liang),或(huo)者以(yi)相同的(de)電機功率,產生(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)出口(kou)壓力(li)。
