隨著現代(dai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)的興起,以混(hun)凝土為(wei)主(zhu)材料的建設方式已經成為(wei)了建筑(zhu)業(ye)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的主(zhu)要構(gou)造(zao)之一,在(zai)各(ge)種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建設中(zhong)占據了很大的比例,使得混(hun)凝土機械的發展經久不衰,且有越演越烈的形勢。拖式混(hun)凝土泵(beng),簡(jian)稱拖泵(beng),是各(ge)種(zhong)混(hun)凝土機械中(zhong)的一種(zhong),用于混(hun)凝土施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)的輸送(song)和澆注工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。

選擇(ze)多大(da)(da)電機混凝(ning)土泵,首先要考慮變壓(ya)器容量,其次考慮距離混凝(ning)土泵的遠近和線徑大(da)(da)小,以免壓(ya)降過大(da)(da)造成電流增高或跳(tiao)閘停機,過大(da)(da)功(gong)率造成成本增加和使用不便。電機過小,同(tong)時(shi)也滿足(zu)不了工程需要。

一臺混(hun)凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)電機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)是決(jue)定(ding)出口(kou)壓力(li)(li)和輸送(song)(song)方量的(de)前提條件,在(zai)電機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)一定(ding)的(de)情況下,壓力(li)(li)的(de)升高必將使輸送(song)(song)量降低(di);相反,降低(di)出口(kou)壓力(li)(li),將會使輸送(song)(song)量增加。
為了(le)保(bao)證混凝(ning)土輸送泵(beng)既(ji)要有較大輸送量(liang)(liang),又(you)能有一定的出(chu)口壓(ya)力和與(yu)(yu)之相(xiang)匹配的經濟功(gong)率(lv)(lv),在混凝(ning)土輸送泵(beng)的設計中,大都采用(yong)了(le)恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選定后,當(dang)出(chu)口壓(ya)力升高(gao)(gao)時,油(you)泵(beng)輸出(chu)排量(liang)(liang)會自動(dong)降(jiang)低,達到與(yu)(yu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)設計相(xiang)對(dui)應的值(zhi);如果既(ji)要達到出(chu)口壓(ya)力高(gao)(gao),又(you)想得(de)到輸送量(liang)(liang)大的目的。惟一的途徑就是增加電機功(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
因此,在(zai)(zai)國家(jia)新標準中,引用了混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力指數概念(以(yi)(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單位(wei));即混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)實際(ji)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力與每(mei)小(xiao)時實際(ji)輸送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)之乘積,該(gai)值越大(da),其能(neng)力指數也越大(da),電(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)率也將越大(da),由此實現大(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高揚程的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂公司在(zai)(zai)設計時,還(huan)采(cai)用了高低(di)壓(ya)(ya)切換的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)設計,以(yi)(yi)滿(man)足不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工要求,在(zai)(zai)經(jing)濟狀態下,又(you)能(neng)產生較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang),或(huo)者以(yi)(yi)相同的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率,產生較(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力。
