一(yi)臺(tai)混凝(ning)土輸送(song)(song)(song)泵的(de)電機功(gong)(gong)率是決定出口(kou)壓(ya)力和輸送(song)(song)(song)方量(liang)(liang)的(de)前提條件,在電機功(gong)(gong)率一(yi)定的(de)情況下,壓(ya)力的(de)升高(gao)必將使輸送(song)(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)降(jiang)低(di);相反,降(jiang)低(di)出口(kou)壓(ya)力,將會使輸送(song)(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)增(zeng)加。
為(wei)了(le)保(bao)證混(hun)凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)既(ji)要有較大輸送(song)量(liang),又能有一定(ding)的(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓力和與(yu)之相(xiang)匹配的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)率(lv),在混(hun)凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)設計中,大都(dou)采(cai)用(yong)了(le)恒功(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)率(lv)值選定(ding)后,當出(chu)口(kou)壓力升高時,油泵(beng)輸出(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低,達(da)到(dao)(dao)與(yu)功(gong)率(lv)設計相(xiang)對應(ying)的(de)(de)值;如果既(ji)要達(da)到(dao)(dao)出(chu)口(kou)壓力高,又想(xiang)得到(dao)(dao)輸送(song)量(liang)大的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)率(lv)。
因(yin)此(ci),在(zai)國家新標準中,引用(yong)了(le)混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)能力(li)指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度(du)量(liang)單(dan)位);即混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)出口壓(ya)力(li)與(yu)每小時實(shi)(shi)際(ji)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)之乘積,該值越大(da)(da),其(qi)能力(li)指數也(ye)越大(da)(da),電機(ji)的(de)功(gong)率也(ye)將越大(da)(da),由此(ci)實(shi)(shi)現大(da)(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科(ke)尼(ni)樂公司在(zai)設計時,還采用(yong)了(le)高(gao)(gao)低壓(ya)切(qie)換的(de)功(gong)能設計,以滿足不同的(de)施(shi)工要(yao)求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又能產(chan)生較(jiao)大(da)(da)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang),或者(zhe)以相同的(de)電機(ji)功(gong)率,產(chan)生較(jiao)高(gao)(gao)的(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)。
