隨著現代工(gong)業的興起,以混(hun)凝(ning)土為(wei)主材料的建(jian)設方式已(yi)經成(cheng)為(wei)了(le)建(jian)筑業施(shi)工(gong)的主要構造(zao)之一,在(zai)各(ge)種工(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)建(jian)設中占據了(le)很大的比(bi)例,使(shi)得混(hun)凝(ning)土機械的發展經久不衰,且有(you)越演越烈的形(xing)勢(shi)。拖式混(hun)凝(ning)土泵,簡(jian)稱拖泵,是各(ge)種混(hun)凝(ning)土機械中的一種,用于混(hun)凝(ning)土施(shi)工(gong)中的輸送(song)和澆注工(gong)作。

選(xuan)擇(ze)多大電(dian)機(ji)混(hun)凝土泵,首先要考慮變(bian)壓器(qi)容量,其次(ci)考慮距離混(hun)凝土泵的(de)遠近和(he)線(xian)徑大小(xiao),以免壓降(jiang)過大造成電(dian)流增高或跳(tiao)閘停機(ji),過大功率造成成本增加和(he)使用不便。電(dian)機(ji)過小(xiao),同時也滿足不了工程需要。
混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵功率、混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵出口壓(ya)力、混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵輸(shu)送量(liang)之間的關系
一臺混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)電(dian)機功率是決定出(chu)口壓力和(he)輸送(song)(song)方量的(de)(de)前(qian)提條件(jian),在電(dian)機功率一定的(de)(de)情況下,壓力的(de)(de)升高必將使輸送(song)(song)量降(jiang)低(di)(di);相反,降(jiang)低(di)(di)出(chu)口壓力,將會使輸送(song)(song)量增加。
為(wei)了(le)保證混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送泵既要有(you)較(jiao)大輸(shu)(shu)送量,又能(neng)有(you)一(yi)定的(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)口壓力(li)和(he)與之(zhi)相匹配的(de)(de)經濟(ji)功(gong)率,在混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送泵的(de)(de)設計中,大都采用了(le)恒(heng)(heng)功(gong)率柱塞泵;即恒(heng)(heng)功(gong)率值選定后(hou),當出(chu)(chu)口壓力(li)升(sheng)高(gao)時,油泵輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)排量會自動降低,達到與功(gong)率設計相對應(ying)的(de)(de)值;如果既要達到出(chu)(chu)口壓力(li)高(gao),又想得到輸(shu)(shu)送量大的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)率。
因此,在(zai)國家新標(biao)準(zhun)中,引用了(le)混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)能(neng)力指數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單位);即混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)實際(ji)出口壓力與每小(xiao)時實際(ji)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)之(zhi)乘積(ji),該值越大(da)(da),其能(neng)力指數也越大(da)(da),電機的(de)功(gong)率(lv)也將越大(da)(da),由此實現大(da)(da)排(pai)量(liang)(liang)、高揚程的(de)目的(de)。科(ke)尼(ni)樂公司在(zai)設計時,還采用了(le)高低壓切換的(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足不同的(de)施工要求,在(zai)經濟(ji)狀態下,又能(neng)產生(sheng)較大(da)(da)的(de)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang),或者以(yi)相同的(de)電機功(gong)率(lv),產生(sheng)較高的(de)出口壓力。
