選擇多(duo)大(da)電機混凝土(tu)泵,首先要考慮變壓器容量,其(qi)次考慮距離混凝土(tu)泵的遠近和線徑大(da)小(xiao),以免壓降(jiang)過大(da)造成電流增高或跳閘停機,過大(da)功(gong)率造成成本增加和使用不便。電機過小(xiao),同時(shi)也滿(man)足(zu)不了(le)工(gong)程需要。

一(yi)臺混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的電(dian)(dian)機(ji)功率是決定出口壓(ya)力(li)和(he)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)方量的前提(ti)條件,在電(dian)(dian)機(ji)功率一(yi)定的情況下,壓(ya)力(li)的升高必將使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量降(jiang)低(di);相反,降(jiang)低(di)出口壓(ya)力(li),將會使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量增加。
為了保(bao)證混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)既(ji)要(yao)有(you)較大輸送(song)量,又能有(you)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)出(chu)(chu)口壓力和與(yu)(yu)之相匹(pi)配(pei)的(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率,在混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)設計(ji)中,大都采用(yong)了恒功(gong)(gong)率柱塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)(gong)率值選定(ding)后,當出(chu)(chu)口壓力升高(gao)(gao)時,油(you)泵(beng)輸出(chu)(chu)排量會自動降(jiang)低,達(da)到與(yu)(yu)功(gong)(gong)率設計(ji)相對應的(de)值;如果既(ji)要(yao)達(da)到出(chu)(chu)口壓力高(gao)(gao),又想(xiang)得到輸送(song)量大的(de)目的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)(gong)率。
因此(ci),在國家新標準中,引用(yong)了(le)混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)指數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單(dan)位);即混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)實際(ji)出(chu)口壓力(li)與每小時實際(ji)輸送(song)(song)量之乘(cheng)積,該值(zhi)越(yue)大(da)(da),其能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)指數也越(yue)大(da)(da),電機的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率也將越(yue)大(da)(da),由此(ci)實現(xian)大(da)(da)排量、高(gao)揚(yang)程的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在設計時,還采(cai)用(yong)了(le)高(gao)低壓切換(huan)的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)施工要求,在經濟(ji)狀態下,又能(neng)(neng)(neng)產(chan)(chan)生較(jiao)大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)輸送(song)(song)量,或者以(yi)相(xiang)同的(de)(de)(de)電機功(gong)率,產(chan)(chan)生較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口壓力(li)。
