隨著現代工(gong)(gong)業的(de)(de)興起,以混凝(ning)土(tu)為(wei)主材料的(de)(de)建設方(fang)式已經成為(wei)了建筑業施工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)主要構造(zao)之一,在各(ge)種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)建設中占據了很大的(de)(de)比例(li),使得混凝(ning)土(tu)機械的(de)(de)發展經久不衰,且有越(yue)演越(yue)烈的(de)(de)形勢。拖式混凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng),簡稱拖泵(beng),是各(ge)種(zhong)混凝(ning)土(tu)機械中的(de)(de)一種(zhong),用于混凝(ning)土(tu)施工(gong)(gong)中的(de)(de)輸送(song)和澆注工(gong)(gong)作。

選擇多大(da)(da)電(dian)機混(hun)凝(ning)土泵,首先(xian)要考(kao)慮(lv)變壓器容量(liang),其次考(kao)慮(lv)距離混(hun)凝(ning)土泵的遠近(jin)和線徑大(da)(da)小,以免壓降(jiang)過大(da)(da)造成(cheng)電(dian)流(liu)增高(gao)或跳閘停機,過大(da)(da)功率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和使(shi)用不便。電(dian)機過小,同時(shi)也滿足(zu)不了工(gong)程(cheng)需(xu)要。

一(yi)臺(tai)混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率是(shi)決定(ding)出口壓(ya)力和輸(shu)送(song)方(fang)量的前(qian)提條件,在電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率一(yi)定(ding)的情況下,壓(ya)力的升高必將(jiang)使輸(shu)送(song)量降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出口壓(ya)力,將(jiang)會使輸(shu)送(song)量增(zeng)加。
為了保(bao)證混凝土輸送泵既(ji)要有較大輸送量(liang),又能有一(yi)定(ding)的出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力和與(yu)之相(xiang)匹(pi)配的經(jing)濟功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv),在(zai)混凝土輸送泵的設(she)計(ji)中,大都采用了恒功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱塞(sai)泵;即恒功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)值選定(ding)后,當(dang)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力升(sheng)高時,油(you)泵輸出(chu)(chu)(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低,達到(dao)(dao)與(yu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)設(she)計(ji)相(xiang)對應的值;如果(guo)既(ji)要達到(dao)(dao)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力高,又想得到(dao)(dao)輸送量(liang)大的目的。惟一(yi)的途徑(jing)就(jiu)是(shi)增(zeng)加電機功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
因此(ci),在(zai)國(guo)家(jia)新標準中(zhong),引用了(le)(le)混凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)指數(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單位);即混凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)實際(ji)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)與每小時實際(ji)輸送(song)量(liang)(liang)之乘積,該值越(yue)大,其能(neng)(neng)力(li)指數(shu)也越(yue)大,電(dian)機的(de)(de)功(gong)率也將越(yue)大,由此(ci)實現大排量(liang)(liang)、高揚(yang)程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂(le)公(gong)司在(zai)設計(ji)(ji)時,還(huan)采用了(le)(le)高低(di)壓(ya)切換(huan)的(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)設計(ji)(ji),以滿(man)足不同的(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)經濟(ji)狀態(tai)下,又能(neng)(neng)產(chan)生較(jiao)大的(de)(de)輸送(song)量(liang)(liang),或(huo)者以相同的(de)(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率,產(chan)生較(jiao)高的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)。
