一(yi)臺(tai)混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)電機功率是決定出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力和輸送(song)方量(liang)的(de)前提條件,在電機功率一(yi)定的(de)情(qing)況下,壓(ya)力的(de)升高必(bi)將(jiang)使輸送(song)量(liang)降(jiang)低(di)(di);相反,降(jiang)低(di)(di)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力,將(jiang)會使輸送(song)量(liang)增加。
為了(le)保證混凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵既要(yao)有(you)較大輸送(song)量(liang),又(you)能(neng)有(you)一定(ding)的出(chu)口壓力(li)和(he)與(yu)之(zhi)相(xiang)匹配(pei)的經濟(ji)功率(lv),在混凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵的設計(ji)中(zhong),大都采(cai)用了(le)恒功率(lv)柱塞泵;即恒功率(lv)值(zhi)選定(ding)后(hou),當出(chu)口壓力(li)升高時,油泵輸出(chu)排(pai)量(liang)會(hui)自動(dong)降低(di),達到(dao)與(yu)功率(lv)設計(ji)相(xiang)對應的值(zhi);如果(guo)既要(yao)達到(dao)出(chu)口壓力(li)高,又(you)想(xiang)得到(dao)輸送(song)量(liang)大的目的。惟一的途徑就(jiu)是(shi)增加電機功率(lv)。
因此(ci),在(zai)(zai)國(guo)家新標準中,引(yin)用了(le)混凝(ning)土輸送泵的(de)能力指(zhi)數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混凝(ning)土輸送泵的(de)實(shi)際出口(kou)壓力與每小時(shi)實(shi)際輸送量(liang)之乘(cheng)積,該值(zhi)越(yue)大,其能力指(zhi)數也(ye)越(yue)大,電(dian)機(ji)的(de)功(gong)率也(ye)將(jiang)越(yue)大,由此(ci)實(shi)現大排量(liang)、高揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼(ni)樂公司在(zai)(zai)設(she)計時(shi),還采(cai)用了(le)高低壓切換的(de)功(gong)能設(she)計,以滿足(zu)不同的(de)施工要求,在(zai)(zai)經(jing)濟狀態下,又能產生較大的(de)輸送量(liang),或(huo)者以相同的(de)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率,產生較高的(de)出口(kou)壓力。
