一(yi)臺(tai)混(hun)凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)是(shi)決定出(chu)(chu)口壓力(li)和輸送(song)(song)方量(liang)(liang)的(de)前(qian)提條件(jian),在電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)一(yi)定的(de)情(qing)況下(xia),壓力(li)的(de)升高(gao)必將(jiang)使輸送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出(chu)(chu)口壓力(li),將(jiang)會使輸送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)增加(jia)。

因此,在國家新標(biao)準(zhun)中,引(yin)用了混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量單位);即(ji)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的實際(ji)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)與(yu)每(mei)小時實際(ji)輸(shu)送(song)量之(zhi)乘積,該值越(yue)(yue)(yue)大,其(qi)能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數也越(yue)(yue)(yue)大,電機的功(gong)率也將越(yue)(yue)(yue)大,由此實現大排量、高揚程的目的。科尼樂(le)公司在設計時,還采用了高低壓(ya)切(qie)換的功(gong)能(neng)設計,以滿足不同(tong)的施工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生較大的輸(shu)送(song)量,或者以相同(tong)的電機功(gong)率,產生較高的出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)。
