隨著(zhu)現代工(gong)(gong)(gong)業的(de)興起,以混凝(ning)(ning)土為主材料的(de)建設方(fang)式(shi)已(yi)經成為了(le)建筑業施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)主要構(gou)造之(zhi)一(yi),在各(ge)種工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建設中占(zhan)據了(le)很大的(de)比例(li),使得混凝(ning)(ning)土機(ji)械(xie)的(de)發展(zhan)經久不衰,且有越演(yan)越烈的(de)形勢。拖(tuo)式(shi)混凝(ning)(ning)土泵(beng),簡(jian)稱拖(tuo)泵(beng),是各(ge)種混凝(ning)(ning)土機(ji)械(xie)中的(de)一(yi)種,用于混凝(ning)(ning)土施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中的(de)輸送和澆注工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。

選(xuan)擇多大(da)電機(ji)混(hun)凝土泵,首先要考(kao)慮變壓器容量,其次考(kao)慮距離(li)混(hun)凝土泵的遠近(jin)和線徑大(da)小(xiao),以(yi)免壓降過大(da)造成電流增(zeng)高或跳閘(zha)停機(ji),過大(da)功率造成成本(ben)增(zeng)加(jia)和使用不便(bian)。電機(ji)過小(xiao),同時也滿足不了工程需要。

一(yi)臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的電機功率是決定(ding)出口壓力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)(song)方量的前提條件,在電機功率一(yi)定(ding)的情況(kuang)下,壓力(li)的升(sheng)高(gao)必將(jiang)使輸(shu)送(song)(song)量降低(di);相反,降低(di)出口壓力(li),將(jiang)會使輸(shu)送(song)(song)量增加。
為了(le)保證混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)(song)(song)泵既要有(you)較大(da)輸送(song)(song)(song)量,又能有(you)一(yi)定(ding)的出(chu)(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力和與之相匹配的經濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)(song)(song)泵的設計(ji)(ji)中,大(da)都采用了(le)恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)值選定(ding)后,當(dang)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力升高時(shi),油泵輸出(chu)(chu)(chu)排量會(hui)自動(dong)降(jiang)低,達到(dao)與功(gong)(gong)率(lv)設計(ji)(ji)相對應的值;如(ru)果既要達到(dao)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力高,又想(xiang)得到(dao)輸送(song)(song)(song)量大(da)的目的。惟一(yi)的途徑就(jiu)是增(zeng)加(jia)電機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)(zai)國家新標(biao)準中,引用了混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)能(neng)力(li)指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)實際(ji)出(chu)口壓力(li)與每小時實際(ji)輸(shu)送量(liang)之(zhi)乘積,該值越大(da)(da),其能(neng)力(li)指數也越大(da)(da),電(dian)機的(de)功(gong)率也將越大(da)(da),由(you)此實現(xian)大(da)(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚(yang)程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂公司(si)在(zai)(zai)設(she)計時,還采(cai)用了高(gao)低(di)壓切換的(de)功(gong)能(neng)設(she)計,以滿足不同的(de)施工要求,在(zai)(zai)經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生較大(da)(da)的(de)輸(shu)送量(liang),或者以相同的(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率,產生較高(gao)的(de)出(chu)口壓力(li)。
