一臺混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)電機(ji)功率(lv)是決定出(chu)口壓(ya)力和輸(shu)送(song)方量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)前(qian)提條件,在電機(ji)功率(lv)一定的(de)(de)(de)情況下,壓(ya)力的(de)(de)(de)升高必將使(shi)(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)降低(di);相(xiang)反,降低(di)出(chu)口壓(ya)力,將會使(shi)(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)增加。

因此,在國(guo)家(jia)新標準中,引用了混(hun)(hun)凝土輸送泵的能(neng)(neng)力指(zhi)數(shu)概念(以(yi)(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即混(hun)(hun)凝土輸送泵的實際(ji)出口壓(ya)力與每小時實際(ji)輸送量之乘(cheng)積,該值(zhi)越大(da)(da),其(qi)能(neng)(neng)力指(zhi)數(shu)也(ye)越大(da)(da),電(dian)機的功率也(ye)將越大(da)(da),由(you)此實現大(da)(da)排量、高(gao)揚程的目的。科尼樂公司在設計(ji)時,還采用了高(gao)低(di)壓(ya)切換的功能(neng)(neng)設計(ji),以(yi)(yi)滿足不同的施工要(yao)求,在經濟狀態下(xia),又能(neng)(neng)產(chan)生(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)(da)的輸送量,或者以(yi)(yi)相同的電(dian)機功率,產(chan)生(sheng)較(jiao)高(gao)的出口壓(ya)力。
