隨著(zhu)現代工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業的(de)興起,以混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)為主(zhu)材料的(de)建(jian)設(she)方式已(yi)經成為了(le)建(jian)筑業施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)構(gou)造之(zhi)一,在各種工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong)占(zhan)據了(le)很(hen)大的(de)比例(li),使(shi)得混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)機(ji)械的(de)發展(zhan)經久不衰,且有越演越烈的(de)形(xing)勢。拖式混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)泵,簡(jian)稱拖泵,是各種混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)機(ji)械中(zhong)的(de)一種,用于混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)的(de)輸送(song)和(he)澆注工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。

選擇多大電機(ji)(ji)混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)泵,首先要(yao)考慮變壓器(qi)容量,其次考慮距離混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)泵的遠近和(he)線(xian)徑大小,以免壓降過大造成電流增高(gao)或跳閘停機(ji)(ji),過大功(gong)率造成成本(ben)增加和(he)使用不便。電機(ji)(ji)過小,同(tong)時也滿(man)足不了工(gong)程(cheng)需要(yao)。

一(yi)臺混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)(de)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)功率(lv)(lv)是決定(ding)出口壓(ya)(ya)力和(he)輸(shu)送方(fang)量的(de)(de)前提(ti)條(tiao)件,在電(dian)機(ji)(ji)功率(lv)(lv)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)情況(kuang)下,壓(ya)(ya)力的(de)(de)升高必將使(shi)輸(shu)送量降低(di);相(xiang)反,降低(di)出口壓(ya)(ya)力,將會(hui)使(shi)輸(shu)送量增加(jia)。
為了保(bao)證混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)既要有(you)較大(da)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),又能(neng)有(you)一定(ding)的出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力和與之相(xiang)匹配的經(jing)濟功(gong)率,在混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的設(she)計中,大(da)都采用(yong)了恒(heng)功(gong)率柱塞泵(beng)(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)率值選(xuan)定(ding)后(hou),當出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力升高時,油泵(beng)(beng)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)排量(liang)會自動降(jiang)低,達到與功(gong)率設(she)計相(xiang)對應(ying)的值;如果既要達到出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力高,又想得到輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)大(da)的目的。惟一的途徑就是增(zeng)加電機(ji)功(gong)率。
因此(ci),在國家新標準中(zhong),引用了混凝土(tu)輸送泵的(de)能(neng)力(li)指數概(gai)念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單位(wei));即混凝土(tu)輸送泵的(de)實際出(chu)口壓力(li)與每小時實際輸送量之乘積,該值越(yue)(yue)大(da)(da),其能(neng)力(li)指數也(ye)越(yue)(yue)大(da)(da),電機的(de)功(gong)率也(ye)將(jiang)越(yue)(yue)大(da)(da),由此(ci)實現大(da)(da)排量、高(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼(ni)樂公司在設計時,還采用了高(gao)低(di)壓切換的(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足不(bu)同(tong)的(de)施工(gong)要求,在經濟狀態下(xia),又能(neng)產(chan)生(sheng)較大(da)(da)的(de)輸送量,或者(zhe)以(yi)相同(tong)的(de)電機功(gong)率,產(chan)生(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)出(chu)口壓力(li)。
