選擇多大(da)電(dian)機混(hun)(hun)凝土泵(beng),首(shou)先(xian)要考慮變壓(ya)器容(rong)量(liang),其次考慮距離混(hun)(hun)凝土泵(beng)的遠(yuan)近和(he)線徑大(da)小,以免壓(ya)降過(guo)(guo)大(da)造成(cheng)電(dian)流(liu)增(zeng)高或跳閘停機,過(guo)(guo)大(da)功率(lv)造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增(zeng)加和(he)使用不便。電(dian)機過(guo)(guo)小,同(tong)時(shi)也滿足不了(le)工(gong)程需(xu)要。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵的電(dian)機功率是決(jue)定出(chu)口(kou)壓力和(he)輸(shu)(shu)送方量(liang)的前提條(tiao)件,在(zai)電(dian)機功率一定的情(qing)況下,壓力的升(sheng)高(gao)必(bi)將(jiang)使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)降低;相反(fan),降低出(chu)口(kou)壓力,將(jiang)會使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)增(zeng)加。
為了保證混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)既要(yao)有較大(da)輸送(song)量(liang),又能(neng)有一定(ding)的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和與(yu)之相匹配的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv),在混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)設計(ji)中,大(da)都采用了恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)值選定(ding)后,當出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)升(sheng)高時,油泵(beng)輸出(chu)排量(liang)會(hui)自動降低(di),達到與(yu)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)設計(ji)相對應的(de)(de)值;如果既要(yao)達到出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)高,又想得(de)到輸送(song)量(liang)大(da)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)途徑就(jiu)是增加電機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
因此,在(zai)(zai)國家新標準中,引用了混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送泵的(de)(de)(de)能力(li)指數概(gai)念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送泵的(de)(de)(de)實際出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)與每(mei)小時實際輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)之(zhi)乘(cheng)積,該值越(yue)大,其能力(li)指數也(ye)越(yue)大,電(dian)機的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率也(ye)將越(yue)大,由此實現(xian)大排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在(zai)(zai)設(she)(she)計(ji)時,還采(cai)用了高(gao)低(di)壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能設(she)(she)計(ji),以(yi)滿足(zu)不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)施工要求(qiu),在(zai)(zai)經濟(ji)狀態下,又能產生較(jiao)大的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang),或者以(yi)相同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率,產生較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)。
