選擇多大(da)電機混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)泵,首先要(yao)考慮變壓(ya)器容量(liang),其次考慮距(ju)離混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)泵的遠近(jin)和線徑大(da)小(xiao),以免壓(ya)降(jiang)過大(da)造成電流增高或跳閘停機,過大(da)功率造成成本增加和使用不(bu)便。電機過小(xiao),同(tong)時也滿足不(bu)了工(gong)程需要(yao)。

一(yi)臺混凝土輸送(song)(song)(song)泵的(de)電機功率是(shi)決定出口(kou)壓力和(he)輸送(song)(song)(song)方量(liang)的(de)前(qian)提條件,在電機功率一(yi)定的(de)情況下(xia),壓力的(de)升高必將(jiang)使輸送(song)(song)(song)量(liang)降低;相反(fan),降低出口(kou)壓力,將(jiang)會(hui)使輸送(song)(song)(song)量(liang)增加。
為了保證混凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)(beng)既要有(you)(you)較(jiao)大(da)輸送(song)量,又能有(you)(you)一定(ding)(ding)的出(chu)口(kou)壓力和與之(zhi)相匹配的經濟功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的設(she)計(ji)中,大(da)都(dou)采用(yong)了恒功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng)(beng);即恒功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)值選定(ding)(ding)后,當出(chu)口(kou)壓力升高時,油泵(beng)(beng)輸出(chu)排量會自動(dong)降低,達(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)與功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)設(she)計(ji)相對(dui)應的值;如果既要達(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)出(chu)口(kou)壓力高,又想(xiang)得到(dao)(dao)輸送(song)量大(da)的目的。惟(wei)一的途徑就是(shi)增加電機功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
