一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)電(dian)(dian)機功(gong)率(lv)是決定(ding)出口(kou)壓(ya)力和輸(shu)送(song)方量的(de)前提條件,在電(dian)(dian)機功(gong)率(lv)一定(ding)的(de)情況(kuang)下,壓(ya)力的(de)升高必將使(shi)(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量降低;相反,降低出口(kou)壓(ya)力,將會使(shi)(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了(le)保證混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既要有較大輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)(liang),又能有一定的(de)(de)(de)出口壓力(li)(li)和與之相匹配的(de)(de)(de)經濟功(gong)率,在混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)設(she)計(ji)中,大都采用了(le)恒(heng)功(gong)率柱塞泵(beng);即(ji)恒(heng)功(gong)率值選(xuan)定后,當(dang)出口壓力(li)(li)升高時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)出排量(liang)(liang)(liang)會(hui)自(zi)動降(jiang)低,達到與功(gong)率設(she)計(ji)相對應的(de)(de)(de)值;如果既要達到出口壓力(li)(li)高,又想得(de)到輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)(liang)大的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)率。
因此,在國家新標準中,引用(yong)了混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵的(de)能力指數(shu)(shu)概(gai)念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵的(de)實(shi)際(ji)出(chu)口壓力與每小(xiao)時(shi)實(shi)際(ji)輸(shu)送量(liang)之乘(cheng)積,該值越(yue)大(da),其能力指數(shu)(shu)也越(yue)大(da),電機的(de)功率也將越(yue)大(da),由(you)此實(shi)現大(da)排(pai)量(liang)、高揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂公司在設計時(shi),還(huan)采用(yong)了高低(di)壓切換的(de)功能設計,以(yi)滿足(zu)不同的(de)施工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能產(chan)生較大(da)的(de)輸(shu)送量(liang),或(huo)者(zhe)以(yi)相同的(de)電機功率,產(chan)生較高的(de)出(chu)口壓力。
