選擇多(duo)大電(dian)機(ji)混凝土泵,首先要(yao)(yao)考慮變(bian)壓(ya)器容量(liang),其次考慮距離混凝土泵的(de)遠(yuan)近和(he)(he)線徑大小,以免壓(ya)降過(guo)大造(zao)成電(dian)流增(zeng)高或跳閘停機(ji),過(guo)大功率造(zao)成成本增(zeng)加(jia)和(he)(he)使用不便(bian)。電(dian)機(ji)過(guo)小,同(tong)時也滿足(zu)不了工程需要(yao)(yao)。

一臺混凝土輸送泵(beng)的電機功(gong)率(lv)是決定出口壓(ya)(ya)力和輸送方量的前(qian)提條件,在電機功(gong)率(lv)一定的情況下,壓(ya)(ya)力的升高(gao)必(bi)將(jiang)使(shi)輸送量降(jiang)低;相(xiang)反,降(jiang)低出口壓(ya)(ya)力,將(jiang)會使(shi)輸送量增加。
為了保證混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)既要有較(jiao)大輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),又(you)能(neng)有一(yi)定的出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力(li)和與(yu)之相匹(pi)配(pei)的經濟(ji)功(gong)率(lv)(lv),在混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的設計(ji)中,大都采(cai)用了恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱塞泵(beng)(beng);即(ji)恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)值選定后,當出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力(li)升高時,油泵(beng)(beng)輸(shu)出(chu)排量(liang)會自(zi)動降低,達到(dao)(dao)與(yu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)設計(ji)相對應的值;如果(guo)既要達到(dao)(dao)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力(li)高,又(you)想得到(dao)(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)大的目的。惟一(yi)的途(tu)徑就是增加電機功(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
因(yin)此,在(zai)(zai)國家新標準中,引用(yong)了混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)能力(li)(li)指數(shu)(shu)概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)(liang)單位);即混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)與每小時實(shi)際輸送(song)(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)之乘積,該值越(yue)大,其能力(li)(li)指數(shu)(shu)也(ye)(ye)越(yue)大,電機的(de)(de)(de)功率(lv)也(ye)(ye)將越(yue)大,由(you)此實(shi)現(xian)大排(pai)量(liang)(liang)、高(gao)揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司在(zai)(zai)設計(ji)(ji)時,還采用(yong)了高(gao)低壓(ya)切換(huan)的(de)(de)(de)功能設計(ji)(ji),以滿(man)足不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)(zai)經濟狀態下,又能產(chan)生較(jiao)(jiao)大的(de)(de)(de)輸送(song)(song)(song)量(liang)(liang),或者(zhe)以相同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)電機功率(lv),產(chan)生較(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)。
