隨著現代(dai)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)興(xing)起(qi),以混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)為主(zhu)材(cai)料的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設方式已(yi)經成為了(le)建(jian)筑(zhu)業(ye)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)要構(gou)造之一(yi),在各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)設中占(zhan)據了(le)很(hen)大的(de)(de)(de)比例,使得混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)機械的(de)(de)(de)發展(zhan)經久不(bu)衰(shuai),且(qie)有越演越烈的(de)(de)(de)形勢。拖(tuo)式混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵,簡稱拖(tuo)泵,是各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)機械中的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong),用于混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中的(de)(de)(de)輸送和澆注工(gong)(gong)作。

選擇多大(da)(da)(da)電(dian)機混凝土泵,首先(xian)要考(kao)慮(lv)變壓(ya)器容量,其次考(kao)慮(lv)距離(li)混凝土泵的(de)遠近和線徑大(da)(da)(da)小(xiao),以免壓(ya)降(jiang)過大(da)(da)(da)造(zao)成電(dian)流增高或跳閘停機,過大(da)(da)(da)功(gong)率造(zao)成成本增加和使用不便。電(dian)機過小(xiao),同時(shi)也滿足(zu)不了(le)工(gong)程(cheng)需要。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率是決定出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)方(fang)量(liang)的(de)前(qian)提條件,在電(dian)機功(gong)率一定的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下,壓(ya)力(li)的(de)升高必將使輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)降低(di);相反,降低(di)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li),將會(hui)使輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)增加。
為了保證混凝(ning)土輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)既要(yao)有(you)較大輸送(song)(song)量(liang),又(you)能有(you)一定的(de)出口壓力(li)和(he)與之相(xiang)匹配的(de)經濟功率(lv),在混凝(ning)土輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)的(de)設(she)計中,大都采用了恒(heng)(heng)功率(lv)柱塞(sai)泵(beng)(beng)(beng);即恒(heng)(heng)功率(lv)值選定后,當出口壓力(li)升高時,油泵(beng)(beng)(beng)輸出排量(liang)會自動降(jiang)低(di),達到與功率(lv)設(she)計相(xiang)對應(ying)的(de)值;如果既要(yao)達到出口壓力(li)高,又(you)想得到輸送(song)(song)量(liang)大的(de)目(mu)的(de)。惟一的(de)途(tu)徑(jing)就是增加電機功率(lv)。
因此,在國家新標(biao)準中,引用了(le)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)能(neng)力(li)(li)指數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即(ji)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)實際(ji)(ji)出口壓力(li)(li)與(yu)每小時(shi)實際(ji)(ji)輸(shu)送(song)量之乘(cheng)積(ji),該值越大(da),其能(neng)力(li)(li)指數也(ye)越大(da),電機的(de)功(gong)率(lv)也(ye)將(jiang)越大(da),由此實現大(da)排量、高揚程的(de)目(mu)的(de)。科尼樂公司(si)在設計(ji)時(shi),還(huan)采用了(le)高低壓切換的(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計(ji),以(yi)滿足不同的(de)施(shi)工(gong)要(yao)求,在經濟(ji)狀態下,又能(neng)產生(sheng)(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)輸(shu)送(song)量,或者(zhe)以(yi)相同的(de)電機功(gong)率(lv),產生(sheng)(sheng)較(jiao)高的(de)出口壓力(li)(li)。
