選擇多(duo)大(da)電(dian)機混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)泵,首先要(yao)考(kao)慮變壓器(qi)容量,其次考(kao)慮距離混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)泵的遠近(jin)和線徑(jing)大(da)小,以免壓降過(guo)大(da)造成電(dian)流增高或跳閘停機,過(guo)大(da)功率造成成本(ben)增加(jia)和使(shi)用不便。電(dian)機過(guo)小,同時也滿足(zu)不了(le)工程需(xu)要(yao)。
混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵功率、混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵出(chu)口壓力、混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵輸送(song)(song)量之間(jian)的關系(xi)。
一臺混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)電機功(gong)率是(shi)決定出口(kou)壓(ya)力和輸(shu)送(song)方量的(de)前提條件,在電機功(gong)率一定的(de)情況下,壓(ya)力的(de)升(sheng)高必將使輸(shu)送(song)量降低;相反,降低出口(kou)壓(ya)力,將會使輸(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了保證混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵既要有較大(da)輸(shu)送量(liang),又(you)能有一定(ding)的出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li)和與之相(xiang)匹配的經(jing)濟功(gong)率(lv),在混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵的設計中,大(da)都采用(yong)了恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵;即恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)值選定(ding)后,當出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li)升高時(shi),油泵輸(shu)出(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低,達(da)到與功(gong)率(lv)設計相(xiang)對應(ying)的值;如果既要達(da)到出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li)高,又(you)想(xiang)得到輸(shu)送量(liang)大(da)的目的。惟(wei)一的途徑就是增加(jia)電(dian)機功(gong)率(lv)。
因此(ci),在國家新(xin)標準中(zhong),引用了(le)混凝(ning)(ning)土輸送泵的(de)能(neng)力指數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即混凝(ning)(ning)土輸送泵的(de)實(shi)(shi)際出口壓(ya)力與每小時實(shi)(shi)際輸送量之(zhi)乘(cheng)積,該值越(yue)(yue)(yue)大,其(qi)能(neng)力指數(shu)也越(yue)(yue)(yue)大,電機(ji)的(de)功率也將越(yue)(yue)(yue)大,由此(ci)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)大排(pai)量、高(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂公司在設計時,還采用了(le)高(gao)低壓(ya)切換的(de)功能(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足不(bu)同(tong)(tong)的(de)施(shi)工要求,在經(jing)濟狀態(tai)下,又能(neng)產(chan)生較大的(de)輸送量,或者以(yi)相(xiang)同(tong)(tong)的(de)電機(ji)功率,產(chan)生較高(gao)的(de)出口壓(ya)力。
