一(yi)臺(tai)混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送泵的電(dian)機功(gong)率是決定出口壓力和輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送方量的前提條件,在電(dian)機功(gong)率一(yi)定的情況下,壓力的升高必將使輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送量降低;相反,降低出口壓力,將會(hui)使輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送量增加。
為了保證混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)既要有(you)(you)較大輸送(song)量,又(you)能有(you)(you)一(yi)定的出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)和與(yu)之相匹配的經(jing)濟功(gong)(gong)率,在混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)的設(she)(she)計中,大都(dou)采(cai)用了恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率柱(zhu)塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率值選定后,當出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)升(sheng)高時(shi),油泵(beng)輸出(chu)排量會自動降(jiang)低,達(da)到(dao)與(yu)功(gong)(gong)率設(she)(she)計相對應的值;如(ru)果既要達(da)到(dao)出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)高,又(you)想得到(dao)輸送(song)量大的目的。惟(wei)一(yi)的途徑就是(shi)增加電(dian)機功(gong)(gong)率。
因此(ci),在國(guo)家新標(biao)準中,引(yin)用了混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送泵(beng)(beng)的(de)能力(li)(li)指數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度(du)量(liang)(liang)單位(wei));即混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送泵(beng)(beng)的(de)實(shi)際出(chu)口壓力(li)(li)與每小時(shi)實(shi)際輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)(liang)之乘積,該值越大(da),其能力(li)(li)指數(shu)也越大(da),電機(ji)的(de)功(gong)(gong)率也將越大(da),由此(ci)實(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高揚程的(de)目的(de)。科(ke)尼(ni)樂公(gong)司在設計時(shi),還采用了高低壓切換的(de)功(gong)(gong)能設計,以(yi)滿足不(bu)同的(de)施(shi)工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能產(chan)生較大(da)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)(liang),或者以(yi)相同的(de)電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率,產(chan)生較高的(de)出(chu)口壓力(li)(li)。
