隨著現代工(gong)業的(de)興(xing)起(qi),以混凝(ning)土為主材料的(de)建設(she)方式已經成為了建筑業施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)的(de)主要構造之一(yi),在(zai)各種工(gong)程施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)建設(she)中占據了很大的(de)比例(li),使得(de)混凝(ning)土機械的(de)發(fa)展經久不衰,且有越(yue)演越(yue)烈的(de)形勢。拖(tuo)式混凝(ning)土泵,簡稱(cheng)拖(tuo)泵,是(shi)各種混凝(ning)土機械中的(de)一(yi)種,用于混凝(ning)土施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)中的(de)輸送和澆注(zhu)工(gong)作。

選擇多大電機混凝(ning)土(tu)泵,首(shou)先(xian)要(yao)考(kao)慮(lv)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)容(rong)量,其次考(kao)慮(lv)距離混凝(ning)土(tu)泵的遠近和(he)線(xian)徑(jing)大小,以免壓(ya)降過(guo)大造(zao)成電流增(zeng)高或跳閘停機,過(guo)大功率造(zao)成成本增(zeng)加和(he)使用不便(bian)。電機過(guo)小,同時也滿足(zu)不了工(gong)程(cheng)需(xu)要(yao)。

一(yi)臺混凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)電機功率是(shi)決(jue)定(ding)出口壓力和輸送(song)方量(liang)的(de)(de)前提(ti)條件,在電機功率一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)情況下(xia),壓力的(de)(de)升高必(bi)將使輸送(song)量(liang)降(jiang)低;相(xiang)反,降(jiang)低出口壓力,將會(hui)使輸送(song)量(liang)增加。

因此,在國家新標(biao)準中,引用了(le)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)能力指(zhi)數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)單位);即(ji)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)實(shi)(shi)際出(chu)口壓力與每小時實(shi)(shi)際輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)之(zhi)乘(cheng)積(ji),該值越大(da),其能力指(zhi)數也越大(da),電機的(de)功率(lv)也將越大(da),由(you)此實(shi)(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂公司(si)在設計時,還采(cai)用了(le)高(gao)低壓切(qie)換的(de)功能設計,以(yi)滿(man)足不(bu)同(tong)的(de)施工要求(qiu),在經(jing)濟狀態下,又能產(chan)生較大(da)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang),或(huo)者以(yi)相同(tong)的(de)電機功率(lv),產(chan)生較高(gao)的(de)出(chu)口壓力。
