隨(sui)著現代工(gong)(gong)業的(de)興起,以混凝土(tu)為主材(cai)料的(de)建(jian)(jian)設(she)方式(shi)已經成(cheng)為了建(jian)(jian)筑業施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)主要(yao)構造之(zhi)一,在各種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)設(she)中(zhong)占據了很大的(de)比例,使得(de)混凝土(tu)機械的(de)發展(zhan)經久不衰(shuai),且有(you)越演越烈的(de)形(xing)勢。拖式(shi)混凝土(tu)泵(beng),簡稱(cheng)拖泵(beng),是各種(zhong)混凝土(tu)機械中(zhong)的(de)一種(zhong),用于混凝土(tu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)的(de)輸送和澆注工(gong)(gong)作。

選擇多大(da)(da)(da)電(dian)機(ji)混(hun)凝土泵,首(shou)先要考(kao)慮變壓器容量,其次考(kao)慮距離(li)混(hun)凝土泵的遠近和線徑大(da)(da)(da)小,以(yi)免壓降過(guo)大(da)(da)(da)造成(cheng)電(dian)流增高或跳(tiao)閘停機(ji),過(guo)大(da)(da)(da)功率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和使用不便。電(dian)機(ji)過(guo)小,同(tong)時也滿足不了(le)工程需要。
混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)泵功(gong)率、混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)泵出口(kou)壓(ya)力、混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)泵輸送(song)量之間的(de)關(guan)系
一臺混凝土輸送(song)泵的電(dian)機功率(lv)是決定(ding)出口壓(ya)力(li)和(he)輸送(song)方量的前提條件,在電(dian)機功率(lv)一定(ding)的情(qing)況下,壓(ya)力(li)的升高必將使(shi)輸送(song)量降低;相反(fan),降低出口壓(ya)力(li),將會(hui)使(shi)輸送(song)量增加。
為了保證(zheng)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵既(ji)要有(you)較大(da)輸(shu)送(song)量,又能(neng)有(you)一(yi)定的(de)出口(kou)壓力和與之相(xiang)匹配的(de)經(jing)濟功(gong)率,在(zai)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)設(she)計(ji)中,大(da)都采用了恒功(gong)率柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)率值選定后,當出口(kou)壓力升高時,油泵輸(shu)出排量會自動(dong)降低,達到(dao)與功(gong)率設(she)計(ji)相(xiang)對應(ying)的(de)值;如果(guo)既(ji)要達到(dao)出口(kou)壓力高,又想(xiang)得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途(tu)徑就是增加電機功(gong)率。
因此(ci),在國家(jia)新標準中,引用(yong)了(le)(le)混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)(beng)的(de)能力(li)指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度(du)量(liang)單(dan)位);即混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)(beng)的(de)實際出口壓(ya)力(li)與(yu)每(mei)小時實際輸(shu)送量(liang)之乘積(ji),該值(zhi)越(yue)大,其能力(li)指數也越(yue)大,電(dian)機的(de)功率也將越(yue)大,由此(ci)實現(xian)大排量(liang)、高揚(yang)程(cheng)的(de)目的(de)。科(ke)尼樂(le)公司(si)在設計時,還采用(yong)了(le)(le)高低壓(ya)切(qie)換的(de)功能設計,以滿足不(bu)同的(de)施工要求,在經濟(ji)狀態(tai)下,又能產(chan)生較大的(de)輸(shu)送量(liang),或者(zhe)以相同的(de)電(dian)機功率,產(chan)生較高的(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)。
