選擇多大電(dian)機混凝土泵,首先要考慮變壓(ya)器(qi)容量,其次考慮距(ju)離混凝土泵的遠(yuan)近和線徑大小,以免壓(ya)降(jiang)過大造成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)流增高或跳閘(zha)停機,過大功率造成(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)增加(jia)和使(shi)用不便。電(dian)機過小,同時也滿足不了(le)工程(cheng)需要。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)電(dian)機功率(lv)是(shi)決定出(chu)口(kou)壓力和輸(shu)送(song)(song)方量的(de)前(qian)提條件,在(zai)電(dian)機功率(lv)一定的(de)情況下,壓力的(de)升(sheng)高(gao)必將使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量降低(di);相反,降低(di)出(chu)口(kou)壓力,將會使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量增(zeng)加(jia)。

因(yin)此,在國家新標準中,引(yin)用(yong)了(le)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力指數概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際出口壓力與(yu)每小時實(shi)際輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)之乘(cheng)積,該值越(yue)大(da),其能(neng)力指數也越(yue)大(da),電(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功率也將越(yue)大(da),由此實(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。科尼(ni)樂公司在設計(ji)時,還采用(yong)了(le)高(gao)低(di)壓切換的(de)(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)設計(ji),以滿足(zu)不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)施工(gong)要(yao)求(qiu),在經(jing)濟狀態(tai)下,又能(neng)產(chan)生(sheng)較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang),或者以相同的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)機(ji)功率,產(chan)生(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)出口壓力。
