選擇多大(da)電機混凝(ning)土泵(beng),首先要考慮(lv)(lv)變壓(ya)器容(rong)量,其次(ci)考慮(lv)(lv)距離混凝(ning)土泵(beng)的遠近和(he)線徑(jing)大(da)小,以免壓(ya)降過(guo)大(da)造成(cheng)電流增(zeng)高或跳閘停機,過(guo)大(da)功率(lv)造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增(zeng)加和(he)使用不便(bian)。電機過(guo)小,同時也(ye)滿足(zu)不了工程需(xu)要。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)的電機功率是決定出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)和輸(shu)送(song)(song)方量的前提條件,在(zai)電機功率一定的情況(kuang)下,壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)的升(sheng)高必將(jiang)使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量降低(di);相反,降低(di)出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li),將(jiang)會使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量增加(jia)。
為了(le)(le)保證(zheng)混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)泵(beng)既要(yao)有較大(da)(da)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量(liang),又能有一定(ding)的(de)(de)出口壓力(li)和與之相匹配的(de)(de)經濟功率(lv)(lv),在混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)設計中,大(da)(da)都采(cai)用了(le)(le)恒功率(lv)(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒功率(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選(xuan)定(ding)后,當出口壓力(li)升高時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)出排量(liang)會自動降低,達到(dao)與功率(lv)(lv)設計相對應(ying)的(de)(de)值(zhi);如果既要(yao)達到(dao)出口壓力(li)高,又想得(de)到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量(liang)大(da)(da)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)(de)途徑就是增加(jia)電機功率(lv)(lv)。
因此(ci),在國家(jia)新標準中,引用了混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵的(de)(de)能力指數概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為度(du)量單位);即混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵的(de)(de)實(shi)際出口(kou)壓力與每小時(shi)(shi)實(shi)際輸(shu)(shu)送量之乘積(ji),該值越大(da),其能力指數也越大(da),電機(ji)的(de)(de)功率也將越大(da),由此(ci)實(shi)現(xian)大(da)排(pai)量、高(gao)揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼(ni)樂公司在設計時(shi)(shi),還采用了高(gao)低壓切換的(de)(de)功能設計,以滿足不同(tong)的(de)(de)施工要求,在經(jing)濟狀(zhuang)態下,又(you)能產(chan)生較大(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)送量,或者以相同(tong)的(de)(de)電機(ji)功率,產(chan)生較高(gao)的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓力。
