選擇(ze)多大電機(ji)混凝土泵,首先(xian)要(yao)(yao)考慮(lv)變壓器(qi)容量,其次(ci)考慮(lv)距離混凝土泵的(de)遠(yuan)近和(he)線徑大小,以免(mian)壓降過大造成(cheng)(cheng)電流增高或跳閘(zha)停機(ji),過大功率造成(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)本增加和(he)使用不(bu)便(bian)。電機(ji)過小,同時也(ye)滿足不(bu)了工程(cheng)需要(yao)(yao)。

一(yi)臺混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)電機功率是決定出口(kou)壓力和輸(shu)送方(fang)量(liang)的(de)前提條件,在(zai)電機功率一(yi)定的(de)情況(kuang)下,壓力的(de)升(sheng)高(gao)必將使輸(shu)送量(liang)降低(di);相反,降低(di)出口(kou)壓力,將會使輸(shu)送量(liang)增加(jia)。
為了保(bao)證混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)既要(yao)有(you)較(jiao)大(da)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量,又(you)能有(you)一(yi)定的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓力和與之相匹配(pei)的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)設計(ji)中,大(da)都采用了恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)值選(xuan)定后,當出口(kou)壓力升高(gao)時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)出排(pai)量會自動降(jiang)低,達到與功(gong)(gong)率(lv)設計(ji)相對應的(de)(de)值;如果既要(yao)達到出口(kou)壓力高(gao),又(you)想(xiang)得到輸(shu)送(song)(song)量大(da)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)(de)途徑(jing)就是增加電機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因(yin)此(ci),在(zai)國(guo)家(jia)新標準中,引用了混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)能力(li)指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)實際出口壓力(li)與每小時(shi)實際輸送(song)(song)量(liang)之乘積(ji),該值越大(da)(da),其(qi)能力(li)指數也(ye)越大(da)(da),電機的(de)功率也(ye)將越大(da)(da),由此(ci)實現(xian)大(da)(da)排量(liang)、高揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計時(shi),還采用了高低(di)壓切換的(de)功能設計,以滿足(zu)不同(tong)的(de)施工要(yao)求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又(you)能產生較大(da)(da)的(de)輸送(song)(song)量(liang),或(huo)者以相同(tong)的(de)電機功率,產生較高的(de)出口壓力(li)。
