選擇多大(da)電(dian)機混(hun)凝(ning)土泵(beng),首先要(yao)(yao)考慮(lv)變壓器容量,其次考慮(lv)距離混(hun)凝(ning)土泵(beng)的遠近和線徑大(da)小(xiao),以免(mian)壓降過大(da)造(zao)成電(dian)流增高或跳閘(zha)停機,過大(da)功率造(zao)成成本增加和使(shi)用不(bu)便。電(dian)機過小(xiao),同時也滿足不(bu)了工(gong)程需要(yao)(yao)。

一(yi)臺(tai)混凝土輸送泵的電機功率(lv)是決(jue)定出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)和輸送方(fang)量的前提條件,在電機功率(lv)一(yi)定的情(qing)況(kuang)下,壓力(li)的升高必將(jiang)使(shi)輸送量降低(di);相反,降低(di)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力(li),將(jiang)會使(shi)輸送量增加。
為了保證混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵既要有較大(da)輸(shu)送量,又能有一定的(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力和與之相匹配的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)率,在混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)設計中,大(da)都(dou)采用(yong)了恒功(gong)率柱(zhu)塞泵;即(ji)恒功(gong)率值(zhi)選定后(hou),當出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力升(sheng)高時,油泵輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)排量會自動(dong)降低,達到與功(gong)率設計相對(dui)應的(de)(de)值(zhi);如果既要達到出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力高,又想得(de)到輸(shu)送量大(da)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)途徑就是(shi)增加電機功(gong)率。
因(yin)此(ci),在國家新標準中,引用(yong)了(le)混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)指數概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)實際(ji)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)與每(mei)小時實際(ji)輸(shu)送(song)量之乘積,該值越(yue)(yue)大,其能(neng)(neng)力(li)指數也(ye)越(yue)(yue)大,電機(ji)的(de)功(gong)率(lv)也(ye)將(jiang)越(yue)(yue)大,由此(ci)實現大排量、高揚程的(de)目(mu)的(de)。科尼樂公司在設計時,還采用(yong)了(le)高低壓(ya)切換的(de)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)設計,以滿足不同的(de)施(shi)工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)(neng)產生(sheng)較大的(de)輸(shu)送(song)量,或者(zhe)以相同的(de)電機(ji)功(gong)率(lv),產生(sheng)較高的(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)。
