選擇多(duo)大(da)電機混(hun)凝土(tu)泵(beng),首先(xian)要考(kao)(kao)慮變壓器容量(liang),其次考(kao)(kao)慮距離混(hun)凝土(tu)泵(beng)的遠近和線徑大(da)小,以免壓降過大(da)造(zao)成電流增高或(huo)跳閘停機,過大(da)功率造(zao)成成本增加(jia)和使用不便。電機過小,同時也滿足不了(le)工程(cheng)需要。
混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)功率、混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)出口(kou)壓力、混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)之間的關(guan)系。
一(yi)臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的電(dian)機功率是決定出口壓(ya)力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)方量(liang)的前(qian)提條件,在電(dian)機功率一(yi)定的情況(kuang)下,壓(ya)力(li)的升高必將使輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出口壓(ya)力(li),將會使輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)增加。
為了(le)保證混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既(ji)要(yao)有較大(da)(da)輸(shu)送(song)量,又能有一定的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓力和與之相匹配的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)率,在混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)設計(ji)中(zhong),大(da)(da)都采(cai)用了(le)恒功(gong)率柱塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)率值選定后,當出口(kou)壓力升高時(shi),油泵(beng)輸(shu)出排量會(hui)自動降(jiang)低(di),達到(dao)與功(gong)率設計(ji)相對應的(de)(de)值;如果既(ji)要(yao)達到(dao)出口(kou)壓力高,又想(xiang)得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量大(da)(da)的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)途徑(jing)就是增加電機功(gong)率。
因此,在國家新標準中,引用了混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度(du)量(liang)(liang)單位);即混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)與每小時實(shi)際輸送(song)量(liang)(liang)之乘(cheng)積,該值越大,其能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數也越大,電機的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)率也將(jiang)越大,由此實(shi)現大排量(liang)(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在設計(ji)時,還采用了高(gao)低壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)設計(ji),以滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)施工要求(qiu),在經濟狀態下(xia),又能(neng)產生較(jiao)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸送(song)量(liang)(liang),或者以相(xiang)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)電機功(gong)(gong)率,產生較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)。
