一臺混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵的電機(ji)功率是決定出(chu)口壓力(li)和輸(shu)送方量(liang)的前提條件,在(zai)電機(ji)功率一定的情況下(xia),壓力(li)的升高(gao)必將使輸(shu)送量(liang)降低;相反,降低出(chu)口壓力(li),將會(hui)使輸(shu)送量(liang)增加。
為了保(bao)證混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)既(ji)(ji)要(yao)有較大(da)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量,又能(neng)有一(yi)(yi)定的出(chu)口壓(ya)力和與之相(xiang)匹(pi)配的經濟(ji)功(gong)(gong)率,在混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)的設計中(zhong),大(da)都采用(yong)了恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率柱塞(sai)泵(beng)(beng)(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率值(zhi)選(xuan)定后,當出(chu)口壓(ya)力升高(gao)時,油泵(beng)(beng)(beng)輸(shu)出(chu)排量會自(zi)動降(jiang)低,達到(dao)與功(gong)(gong)率設計相(xiang)對應(ying)的值(zhi);如果(guo)既(ji)(ji)要(yao)達到(dao)出(chu)口壓(ya)力高(gao),又想得(de)到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量大(da)的目的。惟一(yi)(yi)的途徑就是(shi)增加電機功(gong)(gong)率。
因此,在(zai)國家(jia)新(xin)標準中,引(yin)用了(le)(le)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)能(neng)力(li)(li)指(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單位);即混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)實際(ji)出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)與每小(xiao)時實際(ji)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)之(zhi)乘積,該值越(yue)(yue)大,其能(neng)力(li)(li)指(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)也越(yue)(yue)大,電(dian)機的(de)功率也將越(yue)(yue)大,由此實現(xian)大排量(liang)(liang)、高揚程的(de)目(mu)的(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司在(zai)設計時,還采用了(le)(le)高低壓(ya)切換(huan)的(de)功能(neng)設計,以滿足不同(tong)的(de)施工要求,在(zai)經濟狀態下(xia),又(you)能(neng)產生較大的(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang),或者以相同(tong)的(de)電(dian)機功率,產生較高的(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)。
