選擇多大電(dian)機混凝(ning)土泵,首先要考(kao)慮變壓(ya)器容量,其次考(kao)慮距離混凝(ning)土泵的遠近和線徑大小(xiao),以免壓(ya)降過(guo)大造成電(dian)流增高或跳閘停機,過(guo)大功率造成成本增加和使用(yong)不便。電(dian)機過(guo)小(xiao),同時也滿(man)足不了工程需要。

一臺混凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)電(dian)機功率(lv)是(shi)決定出(chu)口壓(ya)力和輸送(song)方量(liang)的(de)前提條件,在(zai)電(dian)機功率(lv)一定的(de)情(qing)況下,壓(ya)力的(de)升(sheng)高必將使(shi)輸送(song)量(liang)降低;相(xiang)反,降低出(chu)口壓(ya)力,將會(hui)使(shi)輸送(song)量(liang)增加(jia)。
為了(le)保證混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵既要有(you)較大(da)(da)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang),又(you)能有(you)一(yi)定(ding)的出(chu)口壓力(li)和與之相匹配的經濟功(gong)率(lv),在混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的設計中(zhong),大(da)(da)都采用了(le)恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵;即恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)值選定(ding)后(hou),當(dang)出(chu)口壓力(li)升高(gao)時,油泵輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)排量(liang)(liang)會自動降低,達(da)到(dao)與功(gong)率(lv)設計相對應的值;如果既要達(da)到(dao)出(chu)口壓力(li)高(gao),又(you)想(xiang)得到(dao)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)大(da)(da)的目的。惟一(yi)的途徑(jing)就是增加電機功(gong)率(lv)。
