從該齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)的(de)結構和技術參數(shu)可知(zhi),該錐(zhui)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)屬于標(biao)準結構,一(yi)般(ban)情(qing)況下,標(biao)準直齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)錐(zhui)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)成形銑(xian) 刀的(de)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)形是按(an)大端(duan)背錐(zhui)當量(liang)(liang)漸開線齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)形設計,而齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)厚則按(an)照(zhao)小端(duan)設計,并考慮留有(you)一(yi)定精切余量(liang)(liang)。一(yi) 般(ban)情(qing)況下直齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)錐(zhui)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)成形銑(xian)刀有(you)3把、8把、15把、26把一(yi)套,刀號應(ying)按(an)照(zhao)錐(zhui)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)當量(liang)(liang)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)數(shu)來選擇。當 量(liang)(liang)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)數(shu)Zv可按(an)照(zhao)下式計算(suan):
熱處(chu)理工藝方法及(ji)過程
如(ru)(ru)前(qian)(qian)文所述(shu),機加(jia)工(gong)(gong)前(qian)(qian)對(dui)齒(chi)坯進行整體高(gao)溫正火處理,正火設備為RT-90-9 箱式爐(lu)(lu),具體工(gong)(gong)藝過程是(shi),爐(lu)(lu)溫升(sheng)至裝爐(lu)(lu)溫度400-650℃時,將(jiang)齒(chi)輪放(fang)(fang) 爐(lu)(lu)中,裝零件(jian)時如(ru)(ru)果需要疊(die)放(fang)(fang),疊(die)放(fang)(fang)高(gao)度不要超過兩(liang)層(ceng),然后將(jiang)零件(jian)加(jia)熱至920-940℃,使組織完全發生相變,保溫30-50分鐘(zhong)后,空冷(leng)即可。正火工(gong)(gong)藝:
由于該齒輪精度(du)(du)要求(qiu)不是(shi)很高,為(wei)降(jiang)低滲(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)火成本(ben),可以(yi)(yi)采用(yong)(yong)滲(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)后直(zhi)接淬(cui)(cui)(cui)火的(de)(de)工藝方法(fa),具 體方法(fa)是(shi)將零件(jian)(jian)裝入滲(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)筐中,不要疊加(jia),爐(lu)溫(wen)升至(zhi)(zhi)840℃開始滴(di)航(hang)空煤油(you),煤油(you)滴(di)速為(wei)60-80d/min, 爐(lu)溫(wen)升至(zhi)(zhi)930℃時(shi)零件(jian)(jian)開始裝爐(lu)。排氣期(qi)結(jie)束后,放入兩只試棒(bang),其中一(yi)只試棒(bang)在擴散時(shi)間(jian)為(wei)120 min時(shi)取(qu)出淬(cui)(cui)(cui)油(you)冷(leng)卻(que)并檢驗淬(cui)(cui)(cui)硬層(ceng)深(shen)度(du)(du),根據檢驗結(jie)果決定(ding)是(shi)否(fou)降(jiang)溫(wen),若滲(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)層(ceng)深(shen)度(du)(du)不足,擴散期(qi)延長至(zhi)(zhi) 150min。滲(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)時(shi)可按照表1規定(ding)參(can)數進行(xing),為(wei)控(kong)(kong)制滲(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)時(shi)的(de)(de)碳(tan)(tan)勢濃度(du)(du),可采用(yong)(yong)在滲(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)爐(lu)中加(jia)裝氧(yang)傳感 器的(de)(de)方法(fa)進行(xing)監測和控(kong)(kong)制,氧(yang)傳感器通(tong)過氧(yang)化鋯(gao)探頭,將氣氛狀態轉(zhuan)化為(wei)電勢差(cha),上述差(cha)值通(tong)過控(kong)(kong)制 系統(tong)的(de)(de)比較和計算,確定(ding)碳(tan)(tan)勢的(de)(de)濃度(du)(du)是(shi)否(fou)合適并對(dui)其進行(xing)自動優化和調整,使碳(tan)(tan)勢控(kong)(kong)制精度(du)(du)可以(yi)(yi)達到 ≤±0.05%C,可有效控(kong)(kong)制滲(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)層(ceng)深(shen)度(du)(du)并提(ti)高滲(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)層(ceng)的(de)(de)質量,確保無塊狀、網狀滲(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)物(wu),滲(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)設備采 用(yong)(yong)RQ3-75-9井式滲(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)爐(lu)。滲(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)均(jun)溫(wen)期(qi)結(jie)束后,零件(jian)(jian)出爐(lu)直(zhi)接淬(cui)(cui)(cui)火。淬(cui)(cui)(cui)火設備選用(yong)(yong)專用(yong)(yong)恒(heng)溫(wen)油(you)槽,淬(cui)(cui)(cui) 火介(jie)質為(wei)專用(yong)(yong)等(deng)溫(wen)分(fen)級(ji)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)火油(you),介(jie)質溫(wen)度(du)(du)恒(heng)定(ding)在110-120℃之間(jian),冷(leng)卻(que)30min后,出爐(lu)空冷(leng)。
為消(xiao)除(chu)淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)后零(ling)(ling)件的殘余應力并防止淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)裂紋的產生,應盡快將淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)后的零(ling)(ling)件進行低(di)溫回火(huo)(huo)處理(li),具體工(gong)藝(yi)方(fang)法是在當爐(lu)溫升至160℃左右時零(ling)(ling) 件開始(shi)裝爐(lu),保溫120-150min后,出爐(lu)空冷(leng),回火(huo)(huo)設備為RJJ-36-6回火(huo)(huo)爐(lu)。淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)及(ji)回火(huo)(huo)工(gong)藝(yi)圖(tu)見圖(tu)5:
后(hou)序處理
將熱處理(li)(li)后的(de)零(ling)(ling)(ling)件放在噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)機(ji)的(de)轉盤上進行噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)處理(li)(li),選(xuan)用石英砂(sha)(sha)的(de)粒度為10-20目(mu),在噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)過 程中(zhong)要經(jing)常翻動零(ling)(ling)(ling)件使各面噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)效果均勻。零(ling)(ling)(ling)件噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)完后,放入防銹液中(zhong)浸(jin)泡2-4min后,在空氣中(zhong)干(gan) 燥。需要注意的(de)是,防銹處理(li)(li)必須(xu)在噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)后24小時內(nei)完成。
效(xiao)果
上述方法簡單實(shi)用(yong),不需(xu)要(yao)專用(yong)裝備即可實(shi)現直(zhi)齒(chi)錐齒(chi)輪的加工,且經(jing)濟(ji)性好(hao),成本較低。經(jing)對 加工后的錐齒(chi)輪進行檢測,尺(chi)寸及形位精度(du)(du)均符合要(yao)求(qiu),滲碳層深度(du)(du)為(wei)1.1-1.3mm,齒(chi)部(bu)金相組織為(wei) 單一的板(ban)條(tiao)狀回火馬氏體(ti)組織,硬(ying)度(du)(du)為(wei)HRC58-62。心(xin)部(bu)硬(ying)度(du)(du)為(wei)HRC36-40,完全可以(yi)滿足(zu)該零件的質 量要(yao)求(qiu)。
