隨著(zhu)現代工(gong)業的(de)興起,以混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)為(wei)主(zhu)材料的(de)建(jian)(jian)設方式(shi)已經成為(wei)了(le)建(jian)(jian)筑業施(shi)工(gong)的(de)主(zhu)要構造之一(yi),在各種(zhong)(zhong)工(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)建(jian)(jian)設中占(zhan)據了(le)很(hen)大的(de)比(bi)例,使(shi)得混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)機械(xie)的(de)發(fa)展經久(jiu)不(bu)衰(shuai),且有越演(yan)越烈的(de)形勢。拖式(shi)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)泵(beng)(beng),簡稱拖泵(beng)(beng),是(shi)各種(zhong)(zhong)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)機械(xie)中的(de)一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong),用于混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)施(shi)工(gong)中的(de)輸送和澆注工(gong)作。

選擇(ze)多大(da)電(dian)機混凝(ning)土(tu)泵,首先要考(kao)慮變壓(ya)(ya)器容(rong)量(liang),其次(ci)考(kao)慮距(ju)離混凝(ning)土(tu)泵的遠近和線徑大(da)小(xiao),以免壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)過(guo)大(da)造成電(dian)流增(zeng)高或跳閘停(ting)機,過(guo)大(da)功(gong)率(lv)造成成本增(zeng)加(jia)和使用不便(bian)。電(dian)機過(guo)小(xiao),同時也(ye)滿足不了(le)工程(cheng)需要。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的電機功率(lv)是決定(ding)出口(kou)壓力和(he)輸(shu)送(song)方量(liang)的前提條件(jian),在(zai)電機功率(lv)一定(ding)的情況下,壓力的升高必將使輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)降(jiang)低;相(xiang)反,降(jiang)低出口(kou)壓力,將會使輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)增加(jia)。
為了保(bao)證(zheng)混凝土輸送(song)泵既要(yao)有較大(da)輸送(song)量,又(you)能有一定(ding)的(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力和與之相匹配的(de)(de)經濟功率,在混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)設計(ji)中,大(da)都(dou)采用了恒(heng)功率柱塞(sai)泵;即恒(heng)功率值選定(ding)后,當(dang)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力升高(gao)時(shi),油泵輸出(chu)(chu)排(pai)量會自動降低,達到(dao)(dao)與功率設計(ji)相對應的(de)(de)值;如果(guo)既要(yao)達到(dao)(dao)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力高(gao),又(you)想得(de)到(dao)(dao)輸送(song)量大(da)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)(de)途徑就是增(zeng)加電(dian)機功率。
因此(ci),在國家新標準中(zhong),引用了混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)能力指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即(ji)混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)實際出(chu)口(kou)壓力與每(mei)小時(shi)實際輸送(song)量之(zhi)乘積,該(gai)值(zhi)越(yue)大(da),其(qi)能力指數也越(yue)大(da),電(dian)機的(de)(de)功(gong)率(lv)也將(jiang)越(yue)大(da),由此(ci)實現大(da)排量、高(gao)揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂公司在設計(ji)時(shi),還采用了高(gao)低壓切換的(de)(de)功(gong)能設計(ji),以滿足不(bu)同的(de)(de)施工要求,在經(jing)濟狀(zhuang)態下(xia),又能產(chan)生較大(da)的(de)(de)輸送(song)量,或(huo)者以相同的(de)(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率(lv),產(chan)生較高(gao)的(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓力。
