選擇多大(da)電機(ji)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵,首先要考慮(lv)變壓器(qi)容量,其次考慮(lv)距離混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵的遠近(jin)和(he)線徑大(da)小,以免壓降過大(da)造成(cheng)(cheng)電流增(zeng)高或跳閘停機(ji),過大(da)功率造成(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)本增(zeng)加和(he)使用不便。電機(ji)過小,同(tong)時也滿足不了工程需要。

一臺混(hun)凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率是(shi)決(jue)定出口壓力和(he)輸送(song)方量的(de)前提(ti)條件,在電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率一定的(de)情況下,壓力的(de)升高必將使(shi)輸送(song)量降低;相反,降低出口壓力,將會使(shi)輸送(song)量增(zeng)加。
為(wei)了(le)保證混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)泵既要有較大(da)輸送(song)量(liang),又能有一(yi)定的(de)出口壓力和(he)與(yu)之相匹配的(de)經濟功率(lv)(lv),在(zai)混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)泵的(de)設(she)計中,大(da)都(dou)采用了(le)恒(heng)功率(lv)(lv)柱塞泵;即(ji)恒(heng)功率(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選定后,當出口壓力升高(gao)時,油泵輸出排量(liang)會自動降低(di),達到(dao)(dao)與(yu)功率(lv)(lv)設(she)計相對應(ying)的(de)值(zhi);如果既要達到(dao)(dao)出口壓力高(gao),又想得到(dao)(dao)輸送(song)量(liang)大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途徑就是增加(jia)電機功率(lv)(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國(guo)家新標準中,引用(yong)(yong)了混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力指數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單(dan)位);即混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)出口壓(ya)(ya)力與(yu)每小時(shi)實(shi)際(ji)輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang)之乘積(ji),該值越大(da)(da),其(qi)能(neng)力指數也越大(da)(da),電(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率也將(jiang)越大(da)(da),由此實(shi)現大(da)(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高揚程的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂公司(si)在(zai)設計時(shi),還采(cai)用(yong)(yong)了高低(di)壓(ya)(ya)切換的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)經(jing)濟狀態(tai)下,又能(neng)產生較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang),或者(zhe)以(yi)相(xiang)同的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)機功(gong)率,產生較高的(de)(de)(de)出口壓(ya)(ya)力。
