選擇多(duo)大(da)(da)電機混凝土泵,首先要考(kao)慮(lv)變壓器容(rong)量,其次考(kao)慮(lv)距離混凝土泵的遠近和(he)線徑大(da)(da)小,以免(mian)壓降過(guo)大(da)(da)造成(cheng)電流增高(gao)或跳(tiao)閘停(ting)機,過(guo)大(da)(da)功(gong)率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和(he)使(shi)用不便。電機過(guo)小,同時也滿足(zu)不了(le)工程需要。

一臺混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)電機功率是決定出(chu)口壓力和輸(shu)送(song)方量的(de)前(qian)提(ti)條件,在電機功率一定的(de)情(qing)況下,壓力的(de)升高必將使輸(shu)送(song)量降低;相反,降低出(chu)口壓力,將會(hui)使輸(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了保證混凝土輸(shu)送泵既要有較大(da)輸(shu)送量(liang),又(you)能有一定(ding)的(de)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力和與之相匹配的(de)經濟功率(lv)(lv)(lv),在(zai)混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)設(she)計中,大(da)都采用了恒功率(lv)(lv)(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵;即恒功率(lv)(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選定(ding)后(hou),當出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力升高(gao)時,油泵輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)排量(liang)會自動(dong)降低,達(da)到與功率(lv)(lv)(lv)設(she)計相對應的(de)值(zhi);如果既要達(da)到出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力高(gao),又(you)想(xiang)得到輸(shu)送量(liang)大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟一的(de)途徑(jing)就(jiu)是增加電機功率(lv)(lv)(lv)。
因此,在國家新(xin)標(biao)準(zhun)中,引(yin)用了混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)能(neng)(neng)力指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)單位);即混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)實際出(chu)口壓(ya)力與每小時(shi)(shi)實際輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)之(zhi)乘積,該值越大(da)(da),其能(neng)(neng)力指數也越大(da)(da),電(dian)機的(de)功(gong)(gong)率也將越大(da)(da),由此實現(xian)大(da)(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼(ni)樂公(gong)司在設(she)計(ji)時(shi)(shi),還(huan)采(cai)用了高(gao)低壓(ya)切換的(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)設(she)計(ji),以滿足(zu)不同(tong)的(de)施工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)(neng)產生較大(da)(da)的(de)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang),或者(zhe)以相同(tong)的(de)電(dian)機功(gong)(gong)率,產生較高(gao)的(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力。
