隨著現代工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)的(de)興起,以混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土為主(zhu)(zhu)材料的(de)建設方式已經(jing)成為了(le)建筑業(ye)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)主(zhu)(zhu)要構造之一,在各種工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建設中(zhong)占據了(le)很大的(de)比例,使得混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土機(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)經(jing)久(jiu)不衰,且有越演(yan)越烈(lie)的(de)形(xing)勢。拖式混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土泵,簡稱(cheng)拖泵,是各種混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土機(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)中(zhong)的(de)一種,用(yong)于混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)的(de)輸送和(he)澆注工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。
拖泵分類選型
37千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(目前國內標(biao)準(zhun)混凝土泵,37千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)以下為細石砂漿泵)、45千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、55千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、75千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、90千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、110千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、130千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(柴(chai)(chai)油)、132千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、162千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(柴(chai)(chai)油)、174千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(柴(chai)(chai)油)等。
選擇多(duo)大電(dian)機混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)泵(beng),首先要考慮變(bian)壓器(qi)容(rong)量,其次(ci)考慮距離混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)泵(beng)的遠近和線徑(jing)大小,以(yi)免壓降過大造(zao)成電(dian)流增(zeng)高或(huo)跳閘(zha)停機,過大功率(lv)造(zao)成成本增(zeng)加和使(shi)用(yong)不便。電(dian)機過小,同(tong)時也滿(man)足(zu)不了工程需(xu)要。

一臺(tai)混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)電機功(gong)(gong)率是決定(ding)(ding)出口壓力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)方量(liang)的(de)前提條件,在電機功(gong)(gong)率一定(ding)(ding)的(de)情(qing)況下,壓力(li)的(de)升高必將使輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)降低(di);相反(fan),降低(di)出口壓力(li),將會(hui)使輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)增加。
為了(le)(le)保證混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)(song)(song)泵既要有(you)較(jiao)大(da)(da)輸送(song)(song)(song)(song)量,又能有(you)一定的(de)(de)(de)出口壓力(li)和(he)與之(zhi)相匹(pi)配的(de)(de)(de)經(jing)濟功(gong)(gong)率,在混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)設計(ji)(ji)中,大(da)(da)都采用了(le)(le)恒功(gong)(gong)率柱塞泵;即(ji)恒功(gong)(gong)率值選定后,當出口壓力(li)升高(gao)時(shi),油(you)泵輸出排量會(hui)自動降低,達到(dao)(dao)與功(gong)(gong)率設計(ji)(ji)相對應的(de)(de)(de)值;如果既要達到(dao)(dao)出口壓力(li)高(gao),又想得(de)到(dao)(dao)輸送(song)(song)(song)(song)量大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)(de)途徑就是增(zeng)加電機功(gong)(gong)率。
因此,在(zai)(zai)國家新標準中,引用了混(hun)凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力指(zhi)數概念(nian)(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)單位);即混(hun)凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)實際(ji)出口壓(ya)力與每小時(shi)實際(ji)輸送(song)(song)量(liang)之乘積(ji),該值越大(da),其能(neng)力指(zhi)數也越大(da),電機的(de)(de)(de)功率也將越大(da),由此實現(xian)大(da)排(pai)量(liang)、高(gao)揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在(zai)(zai)設(she)計時(shi),還(huan)采用了高(gao)低壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)設(she)計,以(yi)滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)(zai)經濟(ji)狀態下,又能(neng)產生(sheng)較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)輸送(song)(song)量(liang),或(huo)者(zhe)以(yi)相同的(de)(de)(de)電機功率,產生(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)出口壓(ya)力。
