選擇多大電機混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng)(beng),首先(xian)要考(kao)慮變壓(ya)器容量,其次考(kao)慮距(ju)離混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng)(beng)的遠近和(he)線徑(jing)大小(xiao),以免壓(ya)降過大造(zao)成電流增高或跳閘(zha)停機,過大功率(lv)造(zao)成成本增加和(he)使用不便。電機過小(xiao),同時也滿足不了工程需(xu)要。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)電機(ji)功(gong)率是決定(ding)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)方(fang)量的(de)前提條件,在電機(ji)功(gong)率一定(ding)的(de)情(qing)況下,壓(ya)力(li)的(de)升高必將(jiang)使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量降低(di)(di);相反(fan),降低(di)(di)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li),將(jiang)會使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了保證混凝土輸送(song)(song)(song)泵(beng)既要有較大輸送(song)(song)(song)量,又能(neng)有一定(ding)的(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)和與之相匹配的(de)經濟功(gong)率,在混凝土輸送(song)(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)設(she)計(ji)中,大都采用了恒功(gong)率柱塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)率值選定(ding)后,當出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)升高時,油泵(beng)輸出(chu)排量會自動降低(di),達到與功(gong)率設(she)計(ji)相對應的(de)值;如果(guo)既要達到出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)高,又想得到輸送(song)(song)(song)量大的(de)目的(de)。惟一的(de)途徑就是增(zeng)加(jia)電機功(gong)率。
因此,在(zai)國家(jia)新標準(zhun)中,引(yin)用了混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)指數(shu)(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)單位);即混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)出口(kou)壓力(li)與每小(xiao)時實(shi)(shi)際(ji)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)之乘積(ji),該值越大(da),其(qi)能(neng)力(li)指數(shu)(shu)也越大(da),電機的(de)(de)功率也將(jiang)越大(da),由此實(shi)(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)、高揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計時,還采用了高低壓切換的(de)(de)功能(neng)設計,以滿足不同的(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)經濟狀態(tai)下,又(you)能(neng)產生較大(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),或(huo)者以相同的(de)(de)電機功率,產生較高的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓力(li)。
