選擇多(duo)大電機(ji)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)泵,首先要考慮變壓(ya)(ya)器容量(liang),其(qi)次考慮距離混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)泵的遠近和(he)線徑(jing)大小,以免壓(ya)(ya)降過大造(zao)成(cheng)電流增高或跳閘停(ting)機(ji),過大功率造(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加(jia)和(he)使(shi)用不便。電機(ji)過小,同(tong)時也滿(man)足不了工程需要。

一(yi)臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的電(dian)機功率(lv)(lv)是決定出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li)和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)方(fang)量的前提條件,在電(dian)機功率(lv)(lv)一(yi)定的情(qing)況下,壓力(li)(li)的升高(gao)必將使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量降低;相反,降低出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li),將會使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量增加。
為(wei)了保(bao)證混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)既要有較大輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang),又(you)能(neng)有一(yi)定的(de)出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力和與之相匹配的(de)經(jing)濟功(gong)率,在混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)設計中,大都采(cai)用了恒功(gong)率柱(zhu)塞(sai)泵(beng)(beng);即恒功(gong)率值(zhi)選定后,當出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力升(sheng)高時,油泵(beng)(beng)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)排量(liang)會自動降(jiang)低,達(da)到(dao)與功(gong)率設計相對(dui)應的(de)值(zhi);如果既要達(da)到(dao)出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力高,又(you)想得(de)到(dao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)大的(de)目(mu)的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途徑就(jiu)是(shi)增加電機功(gong)率。
因此(ci),在國家(jia)新(xin)標準中,引用(yong)了(le)混凝(ning)(ning)土輸(shu)送泵的(de)能力(li)指數(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為度(du)量單位);即混凝(ning)(ning)土輸(shu)送泵的(de)實(shi)際出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)與每小時實(shi)際輸(shu)送量之乘積,該(gai)值越(yue)大,其能力(li)指數(shu)也越(yue)大,電(dian)機的(de)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)也將越(yue)大,由此(ci)實(shi)現大排量、高(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂(le)公司在設計時,還采用(yong)了(le)高(gao)低壓(ya)(ya)切(qie)換的(de)功(gong)(gong)能設計,以滿足不同的(de)施工要求(qiu),在經濟狀(zhuang)態下(xia),又能產生(sheng)較大的(de)輸(shu)送量,或者以相同的(de)電(dian)機功(gong)(gong)率(lv),產生(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)。
