隨著現代工(gong)(gong)(gong)業的(de)(de)興起,以混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)為主材(cai)料的(de)(de)建(jian)設方式已經成(cheng)為了建(jian)筑業施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)主要構造之一(yi),在各種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)設中占據了很大的(de)(de)比例,使得混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)機械(xie)(xie)的(de)(de)發展經久不衰,且有越(yue)演(yan)越(yue)烈的(de)(de)形(xing)勢。拖式混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)泵(beng),簡稱拖泵(beng),是(shi)各種(zhong)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)機械(xie)(xie)中的(de)(de)一(yi)種(zhong),用于混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中的(de)(de)輸(shu)送和澆注工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。

選擇多大(da)(da)(da)電(dian)機(ji)混凝土泵(beng),首(shou)先要考慮(lv)變(bian)壓(ya)器容量(liang),其(qi)次考慮(lv)距離混凝土泵(beng)的遠近和(he)線徑大(da)(da)(da)小(xiao)(xiao),以免壓(ya)降過(guo)大(da)(da)(da)造(zao)成(cheng)電(dian)流增高或(huo)跳閘停機(ji),過(guo)大(da)(da)(da)功(gong)率造(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本(ben)增加和(he)使用(yong)不便。電(dian)機(ji)過(guo)小(xiao)(xiao),同時也滿足不了工程(cheng)需要。
混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)功率、混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)出口壓(ya)力、混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量之間的關系
一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的電機功(gong)率是決定(ding)出口壓力和輸(shu)送(song)方量的前提條件(jian),在電機功(gong)率一定(ding)的情況下,壓力的升高必將(jiang)使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量降低;相(xiang)反,降低出口壓力,將(jiang)會使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了保證混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送泵既(ji)(ji)要(yao)有(you)較(jiao)大輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送量(liang),又能有(you)一定的(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)和(he)與之相匹配的(de)經濟功(gong)率(lv),在(zai)混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送泵的(de)設計中,大都采用了恒功(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選定后,當出口壓(ya)力(li)升高時,油泵輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出排量(liang)會自動降低,達(da)(da)到與功(gong)率(lv)設計相對應的(de)值(zhi);如果既(ji)(ji)要(yao)達(da)(da)到出口壓(ya)力(li)高,又想得(de)到輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送量(liang)大的(de)目(mu)的(de)。惟一的(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在國家(jia)新標準中(zhong),引(yin)用了混凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的能力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即混凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的實際出口壓力(li)與每小時實際輸(shu)送(song)量之乘積(ji),該(gai)值越大(da)(da),其能力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)也(ye)越大(da)(da),電機的功率(lv)也(ye)將越大(da)(da),由此實現大(da)(da)排量、高(gao)(gao)揚程的目的。科尼樂(le)公司在設計(ji)時,還采用了高(gao)(gao)低壓切換的功能設計(ji),以(yi)滿足(zu)不(bu)同(tong)的施工要(yao)求,在經濟(ji)狀態下,又能產生較(jiao)大(da)(da)的輸(shu)送(song)量,或者以(yi)相同(tong)的電機功率(lv),產生較(jiao)高(gao)(gao)的出口壓力(li)。
