選(xuan)擇多大(da)電(dian)機(ji)混凝土泵(beng)(beng),首先要(yao)考(kao)(kao)慮變壓器容量(liang),其次考(kao)(kao)慮距離混凝土泵(beng)(beng)的(de)遠近(jin)和(he)線(xian)徑大(da)小,以免壓降過(guo)大(da)造成電(dian)流增高或(huo)跳閘(zha)停機(ji),過(guo)大(da)功率造成成本(ben)增加(jia)和(he)使用不(bu)(bu)便。電(dian)機(ji)過(guo)小,同時也滿足不(bu)(bu)了工程需要(yao)。

一臺(tai)混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)(de)電機功率是決定出口(kou)壓力(li)和(he)輸(shu)送方(fang)量的(de)(de)前提條(tiao)件,在電機功率一定的(de)(de)情況下,壓力(li)的(de)(de)升高必將使輸(shu)送量降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出口(kou)壓力(li),將會使輸(shu)送量增(zeng)加。
為了保證混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)(beng)既要(yao)有(you)較(jiao)大(da)輸送(song)量(liang),又(you)能有(you)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)出口壓(ya)力和與(yu)(yu)之(zhi)相匹配的(de)經(jing)濟功(gong)率(lv)(lv),在混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)設計中,大(da)都采用(yong)了恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱塞泵(beng)(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)值選定(ding)后(hou),當出口壓(ya)力升(sheng)高(gao)時,油泵(beng)(beng)輸出排量(liang)會自動降低,達(da)到與(yu)(yu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)設計相對應的(de)值;如果既要(yao)達(da)到出口壓(ya)力高(gao),又(you)想得到輸送(song)量(liang)大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟(wei)一(yi)的(de)途徑就是增加(jia)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
因(yin)此,在國家新標準中,引用(yong)了(le)混凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為度(du)量單位);即混凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)實際出口(kou)壓力(li)與每小時(shi)實際輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量之(zhi)乘積(ji),該(gai)值越(yue)(yue)(yue)大(da)(da),其能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數也越(yue)(yue)(yue)大(da)(da),電(dian)機的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率也將(jiang)越(yue)(yue)(yue)大(da)(da),由此實現大(da)(da)排量、高揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在設(she)計時(shi),還(huan)采用(yong)了(le)高低(di)壓切換(huan)的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)設(she)計,以滿足不同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)施工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產(chan)生較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量,或者以相同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率,產(chan)生較(jiao)(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)出口(kou)壓力(li)。
