隨著現代工(gong)業(ye)的興起,以混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)材料的建(jian)設(she)方(fang)式已經(jing)成為(wei)(wei)了建(jian)筑業(ye)施(shi)工(gong)的主(zhu)要構造(zao)之一,在各(ge)種工(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong)占據了很大的比例(li),使(shi)得混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)機械的發(fa)展經(jing)久不衰,且有越(yue)演越(yue)烈的形勢。拖式混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)泵(beng)(beng),簡稱拖泵(beng)(beng),是各(ge)種混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)機械中(zhong)的一種,用于混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)的輸送和澆注工(gong)作。
技術參數
通(tong)常,一臺混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)(beng)有以(yi)下幾個主要(yao)技術參(can)數(shu)(shu):輸(shu)送排(pai)量、出口壓力(li)、功率和分(fen)配閥形式。按照國家新(xin)標準(zhun),這幾個主要(yao)參(can)數(shu)(shu)從混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)(beng)的型號上都可獲知。
1、閘(zha)板閥拖泵型(xing)號(hao)參數含義:
a、例如HBT30-45ZⅢ型,HBT─代(dai)表拖式混凝土(tu)泵(beng);30─代(dai)表每小時理論方量為30立方;45─代(dai)表電(dian)機功率為45千瓦;Z─代(dai)表閘(zha)板(ban)閥(fa)泵(beng); Ⅲ型─代(dai)表第三代(dai)產品(pin).
b、例如HBT70CⅢ型和HBT60DⅢ型,D─代表電泵;C─代表柴油泵.
2、S閥拖泵型號參數含義:
例如HBT80.13-130RS ,HBT─代表(biao)拖式混(hun)凝土泵;80─代表(biao)每小時理論(lun)方(fang)量為80立方(fang);13─代表(biao)出口壓力為13兆(zhao)帕;130─代表(biao)柴(chai)(chai)油(you)機的功(gong)率為130千(qian)瓦(wa); R─代表(biao)柴(chai)(chai)油(you)動力; S─代表(biao)S閥泵.
3、蝶閥拖(tuo)泵型號含義(yi):
其實國際國內并沒有(you)一(yi)個統(tong)一(yi)的標準,每個廠家都有(you)自己的命名方式。
拖泵分類選型

選擇多大電機混凝土(tu)泵,首(shou)先要(yao)(yao)考(kao)慮變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)容量,其(qi)次考(kao)慮距(ju)離混凝土(tu)泵的遠近和線徑大小,以免壓(ya)降過(guo)大造(zao)成電流增(zeng)高(gao)或跳閘(zha)停機,過(guo)大功率造(zao)成成本(ben)增(zeng)加(jia)和使(shi)用不便。電機過(guo)小,同時也滿足不了工程(cheng)需要(yao)(yao)。

一(yi)臺混凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)的電機功率是決定出口壓力(li)和輸送(song)方(fang)量(liang)的前提條件,在電機功率一(yi)定的情況下,壓力(li)的升高必將(jiang)(jiang)使輸送(song)量(liang)降低(di);相反,降低(di)出口壓力(li),將(jiang)(jiang)會(hui)使輸送(song)量(liang)增加。
為了(le)保證混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵既要有較大(da)輸(shu)送(song)量,又(you)能有一定的(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力和與之相匹配的(de)經濟功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv),在混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)設(she)計中,大(da)都采用了(le)恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)柱塞泵;即恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)值選定后(hou),當出(chu)口壓(ya)力升高(gao)時(shi),油(you)泵輸(shu)出(chu)排量會自動降低,達到(dao)與功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)設(she)計相對應的(de)值;如果既要達到(dao)出(chu)口壓(ya)力高(gao),又(you)想得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)途徑就是增加(jia)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國家新標準中,引用了(le)混(hun)(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的能力指(zhi)數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度(du)量單位(wei));即混(hun)(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的實(shi)際出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力與每小時實(shi)際輸(shu)送(song)量之乘積,該(gai)值越大(da)(da),其能力指(zhi)數(shu)也(ye)(ye)越大(da)(da),電(dian)機(ji)(ji)的功(gong)(gong)率(lv)也(ye)(ye)將越大(da)(da),由此實(shi)現大(da)(da)排(pai)量、高(gao)揚程(cheng)的目的。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計時,還采(cai)用了(le)高(gao)低壓(ya)切換的功(gong)(gong)能設計,以(yi)滿足(zu)不(bu)同的施工要求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又(you)能產(chan)生(sheng)較大(da)(da)的輸(shu)送(song)量,或者以(yi)相同的電(dian)機(ji)(ji)功(gong)(gong)率(lv),產(chan)生(sheng)較高(gao)的出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力。
