隨著(zhu)現(xian)代工(gong)業(ye)的興起,以混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土為(wei)主材料的建設方式(shi)已經(jing)成為(wei)了建筑業(ye)施工(gong)的主要(yao)構造之一,在各種工(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)建設中(zhong)占據了很大(da)的比例,使得(de)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土機械的發展經(jing)久不衰(shuai),且(qie)有越演越烈的形勢(shi)。拖式(shi)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土泵,簡稱拖泵,是各種混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土機械中(zhong)的一種,用于混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土施工(gong)中(zhong)的輸(shu)送和澆注工(gong)作。

選擇(ze)多大(da)電機混(hun)凝土泵,首先要(yao)考慮(lv)變壓(ya)器容量(liang),其次考慮(lv)距離(li)混(hun)凝土泵的遠(yuan)近和(he)線徑大(da)小,以免壓(ya)降過大(da)造成(cheng)電流增高或跳閘停機,過大(da)功(gong)率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和(he)使用不便。電機過小,同時也滿足不了工程需要(yao)。

一臺混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)電機功率是決定(ding)出口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)方量的(de)(de)前提條(tiao)件,在電機功率一定(ding)的(de)(de)情況下,壓(ya)(ya)力(li)的(de)(de)升(sheng)高必將(jiang)使輸(shu)送(song)量降低;相反(fan),降低出口壓(ya)(ya)力(li),將(jiang)會使輸(shu)送(song)量增加。
為(wei)了(le)(le)保(bao)證混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵既要(yao)有較大(da)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang),又(you)能(neng)有一(yi)定的出口(kou)壓(ya)力和與(yu)之相匹配的經(jing)濟功(gong)(gong)率,在(zai)混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的設計中,大(da)都(dou)采用了(le)(le)恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率柱(zhu)塞泵;即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率值選定后,當出口(kou)壓(ya)力升高(gao)時(shi),油(you)泵輸(shu)出排(pai)量(liang)(liang)會自動(dong)降低,達到(dao)與(yu)功(gong)(gong)率設計相對(dui)應的值;如果既要(yao)達到(dao)出口(kou)壓(ya)力高(gao),又(you)想得(de)到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)大(da)的目的。惟一(yi)的途徑就是增加電機功(gong)(gong)率。
因此,在國(guo)家新標準中(zhong),引用了(le)(le)混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)能(neng)力指數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度(du)量(liang)(liang)(liang)單位);即混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)實(shi)際出(chu)口壓力與每(mei)小時(shi)實(shi)際輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)(liang)之(zhi)乘(cheng)積,該值越(yue)大(da),其(qi)能(neng)力指數也越(yue)大(da),電(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)功(gong)率也將越(yue)大(da),由此實(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)(liang)(liang)、高揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂(le)公司在設計(ji)時(shi),還采用了(le)(le)高低(di)壓切換的(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計(ji),以(yi)滿足不同的(de)(de)施工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)(liang),或者以(yi)相同的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)機功(gong)率,產生較(jiao)高的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓力。
