選擇多大(da)電機混凝土(tu)泵,首(shou)先要考慮(lv)變壓器容量,其次(ci)考慮(lv)距(ju)離混凝土(tu)泵的遠近和(he)線徑大(da)小,以免壓降過(guo)大(da)造成電流(liu)增(zeng)高或跳(tiao)閘(zha)停機,過(guo)大(da)功率造成成本增(zeng)加(jia)和(he)使用不便。電機過(guo)小,同時也滿足不了(le)工程需要。
混凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)功(gong)率、混凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)出(chu)口(kou)壓力、混凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)輸(shu)送量之間(jian)的(de)關(guan)系。
一臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)電機功率是決定出口壓(ya)力和(he)輸(shu)送(song)方量(liang)的(de)(de)前提條件,在電機功率一定的(de)(de)情況下(xia),壓(ya)力的(de)(de)升高必將使輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)降低;相反,降低出口壓(ya)力,將會使輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)增加(jia)。
為了保證混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵既要有(you)較大(da)(da)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),又(you)能有(you)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力和與之(zhi)相匹配的(de)經濟(ji)功(gong)率(lv),在混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)設(she)計中(zhong),大(da)(da)都采用了恒功(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選定(ding)后,當出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力升高(gao)時,油泵輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低,達到與功(gong)率(lv)設(she)計相對應的(de)值(zhi);如果既要達到出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力高(gao),又(you)想得到輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)大(da)(da)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。惟(wei)一(yi)的(de)途徑(jing)就是(shi)增加(jia)電機功(gong)率(lv)。
因(yin)此,在(zai)國家新標準中,引用了(le)混凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)能力(li)(li)指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量單位);即(ji)混凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)實際出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)(li)與(yu)每(mei)小時實際輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量之乘積,該值越大(da),其能力(li)(li)指數也越大(da),電(dian)機的(de)(de)功率也將越大(da),由此實現大(da)排量、高揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂公司在(zai)設(she)計(ji)時,還(huan)采用了(le)高低壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)功能設(she)計(ji),以滿足不同的(de)(de)施(shi)工要求,在(zai)經濟狀(zhuang)態下,又能產生(sheng)(sheng)較大(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量,或者(zhe)以相同的(de)(de)電(dian)機功率,產生(sheng)(sheng)較高的(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)(li)。
